The location was very good.. short walk to the beach ⛱️
There was a dirty coffee cup put away in the cupboard. The frying pan hadn't been cleaned. Dinning table needed a wipe down. I was disappointed when it was a great apartment with good facilities.

Location was perfect! Lovely clean and modern.
Parking a bit tricky but the street parking was ok.
Master bed is reallllly firm! But would prefer that than too far the other way!

Very nice location, it was close to the shops and the beach, which was very convenient. The layout (loft style bedrooms) is unique and well suited to our needs. Bonus is the available streaming apps in the tv without having to sign in to our own accounts.
The previous occupants of the room must have used a lot of the kitchen and dining stuff but did not wash properly, i.e., lipstick stains on a wine glass, food bits on pans. We had to rewash and scrub everything that we needed to use but were too icked to use some of the stuff, esp the cooking equipment.

We stayed in apartment 1 which was a fantastic! Very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Great living area which opened into a private garden with lots of natural light. The bedrooms were well set up and a good size. Everything you need is provided and the location is perfect. Highly recommended.

The apartment, modern, nice amenities
The parking on site was very difficult to use with 4 lofts and 4 cars, only room for 3 cars on site. We had to park across a main road in a shared parking lot, all whilst managing 2 kids under 3 in heavy rain. Lots of spider webs, doesn’t seem to have been cleaned properly, had a spider crawling on my 3 year old while asleep, then in the morning noticed the large web right above the bed.

Very clean and comfortable. Wood fire was set ready for us to light upon arrival. Very close and walkable to main shopping and cafe, restaurant area. Reverse cycle unit kept the chill out of the air.
Not enough small bits of wood to get the fire going in the morning.

The location was good - close to beaches and restaurants.
The place was unclean- cob webs in all the rooms in the corners, dusty shelves. The hosts were unresponsive to our texts. The bin from the last tenants were still inside the kitchen!!!! It was full and smelly. It was pretty terrifying. The heater was also not efficient- it was freezing downstairs even with the heater on full for hours.

Quick responses from the host. I booked this the night before and everything was ready to go for our arrival. Even the fireplace was ready to light. So nice to be able to head back to the apartment after a cold snap in the weather and put on the fire. Would stay again.

It was a very well equipped spacious apartment, walking distance to the beach and shops.
More attention could be given to dusting the apartment and it would be nice to look out onto a more cared for garden.

Very spacious
The upstairs bedroom with steep stairs for elderly couple & no bathroom upstairs. Also unable to dim the lighting for upstairs sleeping as the loft didn’t have wall barriers.

On arrival noticed the exterior and surrounding outdoor area in the front was overgrown and untidy. a bench seat was covered in bird poo and our initial impressions having seen that was to wonder what to expect inside. As soon as we opened the door, we noticed the floors were dirty, carpet had not been vacuumed cobwebs and dead spiders we found in several places including draws. the huge glass windows were dirty with smudge marks and the outdoor BBQ area was filthy, seats with bird poop leaves all over the decking. We couldn’t sit outside to have a coffee or breakfast. We also noticed when we looked up the guttering on the outside above the outdoor seating was rusted through and with the dampness, it was dripping. The interior of the unit showed cracks in the walls, ceilings and stairwell which were very visible. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly with the sink taking a long time to drain. Overall the interior was outdated and needed repairs. The photos on the website were obviously taken years ago which didn’t match what we walked into if we had know that we wouldn’t have booked this property. We also noticed when we were looking online that the unit had been listed with another provider and a overseas customer had stated similar concerns . The owners could have provided better customer information for tourist, what we found was a draw with catalogues that were outdated. It was extremely over priced for what we got I would not recommend this property to anyone. Unit 4/92 The Terrace. Even more disappointing was before we arrived we asked if we could enter a little bit earlier but was advised that it needed a clean, which obviously did not happen.

the security light is really bright at night. shines into the living area and as it’s a loft style, it’s bright during the night. there needs to be a blackout blind on the front door (we ended up using our child’s blackout blind and it worked well).
kettle also needs to be replaced as it’s rusty

Excellent location, being walking distance to town center shops, cafes, restaurants and Coles supermarket. The renovated large garden apartment adds freshness to our stays.
Parking spaces were tight.
Bed mattress was not the best comfort, uneven feel. The second bedroom needs a fan or air conditioning, get a bit stuffy in hot summer days.
We didn’t get the promised mid week room service for our long stay of 7 nights.
