Very good location and a big apartment with a lot of space. You have what you need in a basic and good standard. Good dialogue with owner of apartment, and easy access even that I arrived very early in the moorning. AC in two rooms and was absolutely necessary during hot summer. Really nive to sit at the small balcony in the evening and look over some parts of Tbilisi. Close to supermarket, only 3 min away.
Could have been dusted a bit more but fixed it myself with cleaning equipment. Mathresses are a bit hard but some like that.

The owner Manana was absolutely lovely. She met us with the keys upon arrival, showed us everywhere we needed to go and brought us a gift! So welcoming. We were in Georgia to get married and she and her sister were kind enough to witness our marriage at the Public Service Hall across the road. We will be forever grateful. Sensational apartment in the centre of everything we needed. Highly recommend!!!
