After checking out of the Inn at Storrs due to spiders and ants on the bed, I checked into the Cambria Hotel Manchester. The person at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I explained what happened and she assured me that would not happen here. When I checked into the room there was no strong smell and everything was immaculate! The room was so pretty and spacious! The person at the front desk had asked for my number and actually texted me to make sure everything was OK! I felt very comfortable and was finally able to settle down. Even though the room was in the 1st floor, there were no signs of bugs anywhere and the room was very quiet.
The next morning I went to the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and it was great! The service was wonderful and the food was very good.
The hotel is very close to the outdoor mall with tons of shopping and places to eat! It’s close to target and Costco as well!
I was so happy and relieved I decided to leave the last hotel and check into the Cambria hotel! I will definitely be returning!!!

I have stayed at this property a few times. When I come to the area it’s my first choice place to stay. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are also very clean. The location is convenient, as well as walkable distance to shopping and great restaurants.
