room was nice. loved the view
sliding door difficult to open. people at front desk were rude. front door difficult to unlock the. wouldn’t lock up again

They did not disclose that none of the amenities were available.
I was told only one of the pools the tiki bar and steps to the beach were not available .
All 4 of the pools the bar the hot tubs were all closed.
When I asked about how to access the beach the woman was very rude sending me around the side which had no access.
The side of the refrigerator had food spatter all over it
The address on some of the information was incorrect as it stated South but it was North
