Чистая квартира, кухня полностью укомплектованная посудой и техникой, чистые полотенца и ванная комната. Нам с мужем в течении 4 дней было максимально комфортно.

Единственный нюанс, было бы здорово, если бы на кухне была соль, сахар, масло и пару пакетиков чая/кофе 😉

Everything was good. Very comfortable bed! Easy to check-in, quite good location, (15 minutes on foot from the city center).

The apartments are good in general - clean rooms, BUT sewage system smelled in the toilet. It happens because there is no shut-off mechanism of the drain hole in a shower. So, every time you visit toilet room you seemed to visit terrible public toilet. Hope hosts will fix it. Because it spoiled the impression of such a really good apartment

Apartment was amazing ! Near to city center, cozy , sunny , high floor, i really enjoyed my stay here! It has a balcony view and all the necessary staff for comfortable stay- plates, electronics, TV, towels, shampoo , shower gel. Check in and check out processes were really smooth, and Stay inn staff was always in touch ! Will definitely come back again!

Booked last minute as decided to anticipate my arrival and the property where I was going to stay was already booked. I was arriving very early by train and contacted the owner to ask for early check in. Unfortunately it was not available. I was offered to take my suitcase to a nearby office which opened 3 hrs after my arrival. I decided to wait in a coffee shop. The host invited me to the apartment 3 hrs before standard check and did the best they could to limit my time at the caffe. The taxi driver got lost and the host spoke to him and explained step by step how to arrive at the apartment. The management of the flat constantly cheked on me during my stay to make sure I was ok and to offer help. Great customer service. Well done.
