Location and feeling of safe place. Clean and nice.

Not too close, not too far from the beach. Working ACs. Solid hard beds. The restaurant food was good for dinner, pricey but good.

Dirty, moldy showers. No hot water the first days. Loud parties until late at night (2am)in front of the rooms. Same breakfast everyday. Balcony door didnt lock. Bathroom door was warped and hard to close.

Pool.

Everything but the pool. The customer service was trash and the quality was poor.

For the money, the conditions of the room and facilities are poor, need a lot of maintenance, including a lot of replacements. The restaurant is lousy, we had to return a plate because it was spoiled. They call themselves "resort" but a real resort has nothing in common to this 1 o 2 star hotel.

Except for location, Nothing else

Warm hospitality, excellent location, friendly staff.

No complaints. This is Tumaco and it's a stellar property for this part of the world. They could stand to have more taxis on hand and staff could move a touch quicker, but that's my only note.
