Excellent location and comfortable apartment. The host Josephine was very helpful ..i needed to call her to see a doctor as i had a tummy bug...she looked up what was available as many doctors were on holidays..she found a medical centre near by which was great.

Regarding the key collection... Not too easy...needed to get a taxi from Nice train station and tell the taxi driver to drop us off at a hotel near by to collect keys and then he drove us to our apartment. However when we left we were able to leave the keys inside the apartment which was good.

Location size and luxury

Nothing

Super lokatie. Fijn appartement op loopafstand van zowel centrum alsook het strand. Bakker en supermarkt om de hoek. Echt prima

Niks.

The apartment itself is good. Good amount of space and absolutely fantastic location. The sunsets off the balcony are beautiful! The washer was helpful as well.

Getting the keys to the apartment was an absolute nightmare. The rental office is no where close to the apartment and you can't reach either place by car. Maybe our Uber driver didn't know how to get to either place, but it was an incredibly stressful situation. The amenities at the apartment were also lacking. Tiny bath towels, no bathroom trash cans, not enough toilet paper, no paper towels. We had to go buy it ourselves. I did reach out to the management company about it but I didn't hear back and honestly, I wouldn't have gone back to the office anyway after the nightmare of getting the keys. The cleaning fee we were charged was also way to high based on all of the things we had to do when checking out. During our stay I kept thinking, AirBnBs like this are the reason people stay in hotels.
