Location, space inside the flat.
Minor ...another small sofa in living area would be nice, more towels .

Nothing

The property was very clean and spacious, and its location was ideal—close to all amenities. We had a comfortable stay and would happily recommend it.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider enclosing the area at the bottom of the stairs, perhaps with a cupboard, to store cleaning products and help reduce a slight damp smell.
