Recently renovated, great breakfast, sauna and pool area were very clean

BEWARE! The listing claims they have an "airport shuttle" but get this, it runs from 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. Anyone who has ever flown out of Billings knows that most flights leave between 5:45 AM to 7 AM. And most incoming flights land between 10 PM and 11:50 PM. Having an airport shuttle only runs between 8 to 4 should be front and center in their description of this property because that's a very important thing to know when your flight leaves a 6:15 in the morning

No desk attendant when I arrived after check time. Left lobby after waiting about 5 minutes. Returned about 20 minutes later and checked in. Once in the room, turned on TV and very soon after, another guest with a working room key entered my room. Hotel was obviously no booked solid with the nearly empty parking area, yet I was given a room near the train tracks. Asked for a paper copy of receipt at checkout, and was the told it was emailed to me. Yet to receive email receipt.

I would definitely stay again. The staff was great, it was clean and the breakfast very good.

Booked and paid (premium price) for two nights at this property, but checked out after the first night as we could not endure another night there. The hotel is a dog friendly property, so our room was on the second floor, as we told this floor was not used for pets, so we thought was OK. We then discovered there is no elevator we had to heave our luggage up two flights of stairs to our room. What we also didn't know was that our room faced a railway line that was used by coal trains, that came every hour on the hour from 11.30pm, sounding their horns and clunking along for 5 - 10mins at a time. As a consequence we had very little sleep, which was annoying as we had driven for more than 6 hours the day before and we were looking forward to a goods night sleep. This constant disturbance was added to by the guests with barking dogs, taking them out to the grassy area between the hotel and railway track throughout the night to let them do their business. The breakfast/dining area was basic, with plastic trestle tables to eat at. When checking out the staff member cheerfully told me they often have quests who request to stay in our room so they can hear the trains coming through at night and that we could have been moved through the night if we were not happy. We would have liked to have been given the option when checking in. Avoid this hotel, as you will be disappointed.

Very pretty land scape. Nice pool area and hot tub. Nice quality tv, pristine bedding, Room was fresh and cool when we entered.

overall a pleasant experience-- staff is great and attentive. Do wish the toilets were a little higher however- also not enough ADA facilities( rooms) Enjoyed the breakfast.

Free laundry facilities were a huge bonus, cute smores kits and fire pit, super convenient location to Yellowstone entrance and shops/food. Pool was closed the one night we were there but overall good stay!

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the free hot breakfast made this a great choice for our family. The only drawback for us was that the AC was a bit loud while adjusting the temperature through the sleeping hours.

The Quality Inn provided a quiet clean room with an excellent made to order breakfast. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool. On the negative side, the hallway needed a good cleaning and there is no elevator.

Unfortunately got Info at Check in, that HotTub was cleaned and we have to see, WhatsApp the Temperatur is in the evening (Pool and HotTub are toppoint to Choice the Hotel). Room smelled horrible (old) tobacco and others. Roomchange was not possible. Had headache in the Morning. Want to go to Pool and Check HotTub in the evenening. Pool was overoccupied with Kids and Teens and HotTub was closed. Dust on Mandy surfaces. Shower top for a footbath (Bad drain)

Bathroom was stinky

Staff was wonderful. Made to order breakfast was great.

Pool was cold, we were. There 3 days/nights hand towels for pool towels. Check out wasn’t until noon but housekeeping was beating on our door at 9:00. We had both been up all night with food poisoning from a nearby restaurant and didn’t appreciate this being the only time they came around. Breakfast was a nice cooked on site meal and other than it needed some updating it was a comfortable stay.
