All the staff that I encountered were hard-working, helpful, and friendly. My room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV worked well. My room did not have a refrigerator, and I recommend adding one. I would also recommend updating carpets, furnishings, and fixtures when possible.

Hotel Staff are wonderful. I arrived and was given a room on the first floor. Upon entering the room ot was unclean with the toilet filled with prior guest remains. This hotel is way overdue for a complete renovation especially in the hotel rooms. I want to commend the staff for patiently serving customers knowing that the hotel offers subpar accommodations.

Somewhat rough area and poorly painted. Breakfast food was very bad and all the tables and floors were really dirty. Not a place I will return to.

The toilet did not throw. The sink clogged. The worst shower I’ve ever used in our travel.
The bathroom counter was dirty.
The heather gave off cool hair. No thermostat to control it. If there was one, we could not find it.
Wifi wasn’t working properly.
We left the hotel to spend our second night in the bench @ the airport instead. @ least, there are clean bathroom. The worst experience ever and it was our first time with Expedia!

This was an older holiday inn express property. Carpet in hall and stairs dirty. Run down. Very low budget and not updated like some. It is across from Walmart and shopping mall. Good food surrounding Especially sushi place. But area a little questionable. If you are coming in town fine for a night but don't expect anything more than acceptable. Like an airport hotel.

I like the place only thing was that I stay there to avoid drive to NYC after a concert , I got there from the concert at 12:17 am , took sleeping pill and about one hour later all alarms went off , we had to get out the building then the firemen’s got there and we were allowed to get back in , but we couldn’t go back sleep because the firemen stay there and my kid was already up,I thought maybe I could ask for a later check out for the inconvenience , the lady said later it’s 12:00 noon , now I’m at a Wendy because I was falling sleep on the road . They should have consideration that we stay there to have a full time to sleep .

Rooms were damp. All of them. for the price, not worth the stay. I travel for work 150 days a year. no stranger to different room types. but for the cost, this was unacceptable. pool was also unavailable due to high chlorine levels.

Breakfast staff left a bit to be desired. Both coffees ran out and staff had been advised by several and still delayed bringing more out. Likewise the cooler with milk and other items was empty well before breakfast was over. Not sure if it is under staffing or lack of supervisory review of existing staff. Pancake machine being out of operation was a disappointment, likewise the scrambled eggs tasted like they were infused with chemical. Whoever felt like a superhero and wrote the commercial ‘I did stay at a holiday inn express’ definitely did not stay at this location. This weekend.

I had no issues with my accommodations, the only thing I did not like is the carpet. It felt like it was damp. Otherwise than that no problems. I would recommend that hotel.

My first assigned room, wasnt cleaned, i called the desk they had me into a new room very quickly ( apparently a computer upgrade made the system think 1st room was ready) the manager? Was very apologitic and friendly and even gave me a goodie bag with snacks and drinks. The other desk staff were helpful and friendly as well. Good location for getting around the brockton area, convient to major roadways.

The front desk staff was a little late getting me checked in, but she was extremely polite and kept apologized for be delayed. She was the only one in this big hotel and had to take care of a few matters. Overall it is good and clean for the price.
