When we got to the hotel our toilet was broken. It took 45 minutes for someone to come look at it. They told us we would have to go into the tank to maneuver the toilet to use it until maintenance could look at it the following day. When we complained about this they kicked us out of the hotel. I have paperwork saying they would only charge me for one day, but they charged me for both days and $100 for damages. Also the room felt humid when we walked in, it smelled like an animal had left its mark somewhere in the room, and the bed had clear markings of not being changed (loose hair and greasy pillows)

This was the worst experience EVER . I’m gold on rewards now but was platinum last year , and will be again this year . Just stating this to explain that we travel A LOT , on every continent besides Antarctica . While checking in the front desk was extremely rude to my sister , who had just been hit by a car and was in a wheelchair, unable to walk . She probably looked unkempt as she was switching from one La Quinta to another down the street due to a booking error , and didn’t have time to fix herself up. She was treated so rudely , with them questioning her ability to have a prepaid reservation ( I booked it as I was taking care of her during her recovery ) . They kicked her out of the hotel . When I called to find out , they lied and said she cancelled her reservation, then refused to refund her so she could be in another hotel . So they kicked a crippled woman with a pre-paid reservation on to the street on Easter Sunday . Even after she explained she had nobody to pick her up and nowhere to go . She slept on a neighbors patio , exposed to the elements.

Floor was poorly washed and sticky. I scrubbed the bathroom and entrance floor with a scrubbing sponge and Lysol 3x to reduce the sticky grime. Mattress and pillows were soiled and stained so we asked for extra sheets and pillowcases. Sheets pillow cases and towels were clean and fresh.

What a worse experience ever, I was stuck in the elevator for more than 3 minutes I was going to call 911.

there was no hook for hanging anything in the bathroom. the hot faucet handle didn't close properly albeit it didn't leak. i was given a room initially without a desk. every time i came for fresh coffee in the morning they had run out and were in the midst of making more. Elevator was very slow so i took the stairs half the time. bed and pillows were great! staff was very pleasant.

The room layout was nice, but a bit noisy with the AC unit that started up like a disael engine. The first night, no hot water

The only thing this hotel had going for it was a comfortable bed. The television would not change to the correct station when using the guide and buffered between changing channels. Forget channel surfing or even knowing what network you were on unless you recognized the program. Associate tried to fix, but when couldn't just said "sorry" and left with no offer to makebit right. Then forget trying to take a shower in the morning when other guets are trying to get ready for their day. Water pressure went from horrible to nothing! Between the pressure and freezing to scalding water, I didnt think i would ever get what little soap I was able to use, off of me. Once again, no effort at the front desk to make it right. Wyndam resorts should be ashamed! Oh yea, forgot to mention the window in my second floor room had no lock mechanism and could have been accessed with a short ladder or from the bed of a truck. Inexpensive ($130 a night) equaled danger and dissatisfaction with this hotel.

The front desk lady was very nice at checkin. The room’s light by the door did not work. The carpet by the bed spotty and felt dirty. The bed was made up nicely however the mattress was hard and old and the pillows were hard lumpy like the memory form had hardened into a big clump of rock. Lastly, the bathroom had black looking mold on the tile the ceiling had black mold in the ceiling patch. The sink was a pedestal sink with no place to put your personal items.
