My only complaint was that I didn’t know I needed to request room service. I just wished the person that checked me in would have informed me of this.

Awesome hotel! The only minus is the quite firm mattress, but that is a personal choice. Staff was courteous and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was great. Cleanliness was superb and plenty of towels in the bathroom. We'll be back!

Friendly and welcoming at front desk. Quick check in. Clean rooms. When flushing toilet it made loud noises. Breakfast buffet was uninspired and luke warm. Easy parking. Pool area needs some plants or something.

Our thermostat was not working properly but the maintenance guy was able to fix it and everything else was great.

Great hotel, very clean, our room was large with a comfy bed. Close to many restaurants, Cheers Liquor store & just a wide variety of shops. We stayed in and enjoyed the bar's club sandwich & can't remember what my husband had😉but he said it was great. Eric the bartender took great care of us! The breakfast at Tiffany's (there in the hotel) was amazing! Cheese in the eggs, yummy! We will definitely stay here again!

It was very nice and clean. The housekeeper needed to learn English. Outside of that everything else was very nice.

The room smelled off-- like old smoke. The facilities are outdated, the bar area's chairs are old and ripped. The TV is small and overall not a great environment. The breakfast was lackluster. It was very average/mediocre

The gentleman who checked us in the first morning, did a great job. I did not meet another staff member anywhere in the building after that the next four days that didn’t come across as too good to help except the maid service, which was very friendly .The breakfast Buffet which was not complementary when I booked the rooms I paid extra 10.00 for the Buffet for the four nights we were staying. Had I known what the Buffet was like? I would most certainly not have paid extra money for it. And would have made other breakfast arrangements, it looks to be a typical Hilton owned hotel similar to the one I’ve dealt with on Metcalf in Kansas City every day one of the two elevators mysteriously breaks down, which I’m sure is a attempt to save on electricity. Which I can understand but I’m sure Hilton has enough money . The motel obviously contracts out to labor crews or truck driving companies in the area where I’m sure they are tax exempt for their stays. That being said the evening people around in the pool and barbecue area. The four nights we were there were drinking beer smoking cigarettes. It was not a good family environment , I am not trying to profile the individuals I’m sure they were good people but I don’t care to take my grandkids into a bar environment which is what the hotel seem to provide. The location was great. The room is clean the beds are comfortable overall it was not a bad visit Just needs some attention to detail .help for the breakfast buffet hot would help

My stay was comfortable. Employees were kind and very efficient. Enjoyed my stay. Only thing that I would say is that pool was really really cold.

Overpriced. The company took advantage of graduation ceremonies—no opportunity to cancel. The whole place lacked upkeep. The sofa bed was unsuitable for sleeping and caused back pains. I booked the stay according to totally inaccurate reviews. I would appreciate a partial or full refund.

Older Embassy Suites style property. Staff was outstanding. Our room smelled like smoke and AC never got as cold as it should. And it wasn’t hit days while we were there. Furniture is dated but bed was comfortable

It would be nice if they would stick a couple bottles of complementary water in the refrigerator. Also, the buffet was very limited and food didn’t seem very fresh with as expensive as it is. Gym also needs a little love. Broken equipment and the free weights were sad but I was glad it was there and the staff opened it early for me! Otherwise, great staff and it was very clean. Called down for a few more towels and had them within minutes!
