Closeby came in handy for the power outage. There was 1 towel hanging in the bathroom that was clearly dirty. Please wash all used towels it had red and brown spots on it. I did almost use it and touched it before realizing it was soiled. and now im sick with diarrhea and nausea and chills today.

Efficient and friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, in common with many hotels, the furniture was uniformly uncomfortable. Lack of a proper couch or armchair seriously impacts ability to relax.

Everything perfect except the communication with the room service area. It got fixed but might be worth it to take a look at it.

I checked in about 7pm, credit card machine wasn't working at check in, they wanted a $50 deposit for "incidentals". At 9pm I got a call from the front desk that the credit card machine was working now and to come down and pay the $50 incidental fee, I said I was in bed in my pajamas and wasn't going to get out of bed and get dressed to come down. At 11:20 pm someone from front desk called and said I would have to come to the front desk and put the $50 " incidental" on my credit card. I was woken up with the phone call, I said what time is it?? they said 11:20!! I said what the hell is the matter with you calling me at this hour??? and hung up!!! Then in the morning at 7:50 am, had a loud pounding on the door, this is the Management I need you to come to the front desk immediately and pay your $50 "incidental" fee, I said I wasn't even dressed yet!!! he said how long is it going to take?? I said when I get ready and come down for breakfast!!! When I got ready and went to the front desk first, I said what's the issue that someone had to call and wake me up at 11:20pm when the card machine wasn't working when I checked in?? What is an Incidental charge for anyway? I was told if I bought any snacks or damaged anything in my room. I said I'm 74 years old I am way beyond doing any damage to my room!! So your going to charge me $50 now on my credit card and when I check out in 30 minutes you will refund my $50?? The woman clerk said well then we will just waive it this time!!!

Clean,but can use a much needed face lift. Suitable for price paid.

Overall everything was great! The only exception was the bed was a little too hard for my back. Also our door didnt close thoroughly meaning that you could literally see light while looking through to the outside while it was closed and locked. Someone might want to look into that. That kept this momma who had her 11 year old sleeping in the bed next to her up all night as my anxiety wouldn't let me sleep. Husband was not worried but i still was. Otherwise it was a really nice hotel and hotel room.

The hallways smell like weed. The room's carpet and flooring was stained and sticky, so I wore my shoes the whole time. The room smelled like old cigarettes. But it was cheap and very close to where I needed to be.

I had the worst Experience during my stay here. My daughter was told by the kitchen staff she could not be in the dining here and she asked why they told her that she was not able to be in area without an adult my child is 15 since when you need an adult to in this area this is the first time. Then she told her to put back the drink that because she used a coffee car instead of a juice cup. Are room heat did not work or the tv remote. She shower water had to run no lie about 20 minutes before it got hot. I called and asked to speak to the manager the lady that answer the phone said she was the manager and a very uneven tone so i request for the manager above her she hung up so i called back and she transfer me to the housekeeping voicemail. I will be reaching out to the owner of the property because I paid good money to stay here for a bad experience

The room was clean and spacious.

Great staff. Dining close. Road painting crews in the area made it near impossible to find the driveway. Painting all the roads around the area at one time.

Check in was smooth, breakfast was better than a lot of places. Bathroom in my room had black mold all over the ceiling. Struggled with room being too hot despite turnong on AC. Woke up congested next day. The mold problem needs to be addressed as that is a healthissue.

Front desk staff was wonderful, but that was it! Black mold in the shower, no omelets, bacon, or coffee at 8:25AM and the person in charge was sitting doing some bookwork! No tv remote in the room upon arrival. One packet of regular coffee and two decafs? Never again!

The room could have been cleaner & the bathroom was out of body wash. Breakfast was wonderful.

It was a clean room at a decent price. Which was exactly what i expected.

Bathrooms were not functioning properly. And they had no staff to repair it. Also offered nothing to make it right.

Everything was fine . The woman in the dining area putting out food/ cleaning tables wasn’t the friendliest at all but everything else was fine

Friendly staff! Beautiful spacious room! Very nice hotel! Well maintained, inside and out. The only thing that was off, were the tile floor’s weren’t very clean, in the room. Everything else was tip top!

I couldn’t turn on shower - l must be very weak. I didn’t pull the handle hard enough.

Was very close to the bowling alley. Room was large and clean. Only problem was the door and walls are thin and you could hear slamming anytime someone shut a door. I would stay here again.

Smoke alarm detector needed to get the battery replaced. We got a different room and the noise levels are ridiculous…. People coming and going down the hallways being louder than usual, either that or walls are thin as paper. Didn’t get a good night sleep. Ac will work on and off but won’t stay on to cool the room to desired temperature.

Hotel is very clean and up to date, the only bummer is not any amenities or food/drink within walking distance. A lot of construction going on to make things very unaccessible nearby. If you're in town for business it is a comfortable stay though

We stay here once a year during a very busy time, the staff is helpful and friendly even though rooms were not ready and people were not happy. The room was comfortable and the bed was delightful to sleep on. The location is great for us as well.
