Very thirty!!! Not hot watet

By far this was the worst hotel i have stayed out. When we arrived, there were towels all over the carpets where not vacummed and one of the sheets on the bed had stains on it. No refrigerator or a phone. I immediately called the front desk with my phone to express my concern and was told they would send someone to remedy. No one came. I had to go down to the reception and demand another room. I was quickly given another room. It was a bit better, the floor still was not vaccumed and the sliding door did not lock and stayed ajar. We were so tired i didnt tell my kids it did not lock. We wore our sandles in the shower. No sleeve for kiosk card, no information about breakfast, etc. Oh ans the paeking lot was full of branches ans couldn't park near room. For being in area by other hotels you would think a hotel would do a much better. I will not stay there again.

Although the toilet didn’t work great, the housekeeping staff was excellent. Room was clean. TV settings had been messed with. It was pretty quiet.

Stairway to second floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. As for the room, the tub was clogging, the screen door to balcony was not fully functional, the vent in bathroom was missing a large part that left the fan visible and i could see large space all around it that was just left uncovered. The card key stopped wotking before checkout so i had to get it "reprogrammed".

The place was really dirty the shower wasn't cleane it seems like the place is falling apart

The room was filthy and smelled like animals , the bathroom had no towels and still had clothes from previous occupants inside. Neighbors had people knocking on door and a dog barking all night

I was hesitant when reading all of the low reviews, and I thought it couldn't really be that bad. I was wrong. Upon check in nobody was at the front desk, I had to call a number. Once the guy showed up he simply asked for the name on my reservation. No ID or anything like that. He seemed in a rush to get back to whatever he was doing before I called. Very unprofessional. Throughout the hotel it seemed like none of the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. They were covered in trash, moldy old pieces of food, everything you can imagine. The room wasn't much better. When I walked in I was immediately overwhelmed by an overpowering scent of what smelled like a can of Clorox disinfecting spray. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the only thing the housekeepers used to clean the room. There was trash and old food throughout, cigarette burns on the bedding, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Oh and the free breakfast is a joke. I came in at 7:30, an hour after it was supposed to be open and they had just finished stocking the food. I have no idea how it took them that long to open the breakfast because the only food they had was a vase of cheap orange juice, bread, waffle batter, and cereal. Overall I felt the staff did the absolute least amount of work they could. Do not stay here. Terrible service and cleanliness. I would like a refund. This quality of service deserves a free price tag, and should not be under the Quality Inn & Suites name. What a shame.

Check in was awful. Clerk was rude, room was dirty with used tissues next to bed. Bathroom was dirty, shower had rust and hair. Also, no hot water max of hot water we got was for less than 5min and we are a family of four. Very dissatisfied with our stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I even asked for money back to go somewhere else and they refused. We were there for a soccer tournament so we had no other choice. Pictures on their website are not what we got. And we didnt feel safe due to balcony door not locking. Entrance was dirty with popcorn and our whole stay it never got cleaned.
