Multiple fights broke out during our stay. We my 11 and 13 year old girls) were here for my niece and nephews 12th birthday party. They were followed and physically abused (punched) by two other children (not in our party). Staff did nothing even though my daughter had it on video. There were other fist fights involving other ADULT guests (also not in our party). Cops were called by someone. At that point we did not feel safe to go in common areas, so we ended up staying in our room. Definitely not worth the price either as it is a pretty dirty and run down place.

This place is horrible and ghetto . Dirty rooms . People fighting at night . My kids got attacked by some other kids that were running around the hotel .

We booked an handicap accessible room but they would not let us have one. My mother in law had a stroke and can’t walk far and they put us on the third floor. Not happy.

It was outdated, dirty,black mold in shower, beds were noisy and uncomfortable

The room and service was amazing. I know the hotel can't do much on other guests staying there but we just felt very uncomfortable being stared at and hearing very disgusting and inappropriate noises coming from a group of people while at the pool. We also saw a mother lock her kid in the hotel room by themself. She held on to the handle so he wouldn't get out. I know much can't be done on that.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Dog barking and whining in the middle of the night for over an hour. Pets should be kept in rooms that contain the noise better and down a hall with fewer guests. Lots of upkeep needed....holes, gaps in caulking, etc. Breakfast had great variety including some grab and go options. Good price point. Didn't have time to use pool but it looked great.

I liked the water features. Even though I did not swim I do have young ones that would enjoy them. Finding the room was kind of confusing. The room smelled as though it was a smoking room. Smoke affects me adversely.

Stayed for medical appointments during the new year, which was unfortunate in itself, but the holiday cough was rough. Nothing staff could really do too much about but overall just an average stay for us. Tried not to have housekeeping regularly so that old focus on other guests, but when I did request once they did not end up coming initially, and then about an hour and a half later we decide we would just request towels and let it be. Pool towels were out one day and the hot tub was shut down one day. Doors to pool area were always open, which made pool area colder, but it wasn’t all that bad.

Room needed vacuuming but we are here for the pool. Bring Clorox wipes.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Pool was great for the kids.

Overall nice property to stay. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. Pool area looked nice but we didn’t use. Staff excellent! Liked there was a bar behind the property to walk to. The room had box elder bugs in it so that needs to be addressed before we would stay again.

I did 4 stars on the facility due to my lamp on the desk not working and the heater not working properly. However, the staff was prompt at getting everything fixed and very frendly. I will be staying here again my next trip to Rochester.

There was nothing about this hotel that was good. No tv remote in the room, no sheets got pullout bed, room was beat up and dirty. Pool area was freezing. Hot tub didn't work, we were told it would be working in the evening so we made sure to be back in time to go use it and of course it wasn't working. Had to go up to the front desk to get out remote and sheets, they wouldn't leave the desk. Overall one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Only booked brcause of the pool and of course that was a dissapointment. Don't waste your money.

We stayed with a group of teens from our church. The staff was friendly, the breakfast delicious, and the hotel clean.

I didn’t take photos, although I should have. I was in town working for a wedding… Hair in the shower, the towels were filthy.. the sink was disgusting. I was shocked

Very loud. Really need to work on the remodeling they did. Really not the greatest place compared to other properties in town. Doubt I return.

My stay at BW was excellent. The rooms were clean. The area was quiet. I slept very well on their comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone.

Poor service from the min we walked in to the hotel. The front desk lady was rude the whole time she was working. She worried more about her boyfriend standing at the counter vs helping people. Our room was gross, jetted tube DIRTY filled so slow would of filled faster with bathroom sink. Hot tub didn't work while we were there.

Friendly staff, worked with us to accommodate for different hours due to schedule with sons hospital stuff. Definitely would go back again!

Our first room was dirty when we checked in, but the front desk gave us a pool side room for the same price and a 10 percent off coupon at Texas Roadhouse. Staff was excellent and breakfast was yum.

For people having pets should be picking up there poop, we encountered lots of dried up poop on the ground. Hallways were so hot humid hard to breathe should be air conditioned

Great little water park for kids.

The breakfast staff were super amazing! Greeted my family with smiles and helped my children make pancakes! The room was alright the dresser in the room was very unstable they had propped the front up with cardboard but it still leaned so far forward all the drawers stayed open. The mat in the bathtub was super dirty and dingy. My biggest issue was the pool area I have two younger children and there was a large group of about 15 girls that had came down to the pool. There was a worker standing at the top balcony looking over watching and giving thumbs up as the girls went 15 people down at once on the slide absolutely demolishing children (including mine) at the bottom. There was no time to even get your kids out of the way because they didn’t care. The worker just watched and gave them praise. We ended up leaving the area after asking for them to stop or atleast be careful and getting no support. I’m all for fun but not at young children’s expense.

Rooms smelt moldy musty, fridge in room didn’t work and took 2 days to get a new one. Ice machine in the hall didn’t work and the pool was dirty.
