Very clean and well-maintained.

Was horrible, room was disgusting. Garbage on floor. Told housekeeping I wanted my room cleaned the next day being we were going to be out all day Friday, came back late at night, room wasn’t touched. Went to the front desk and said that there was nothing they could do. Went down next morning to complain and they were more worried bout the air mattress we had then then room. My air mattress was the cleanest thing in the room.

The night shift staff...was quite helpful! Hope to return some day?

Room was just ok. Under the night stand was filthy...nasty used q tip and dirt. Would not stay here again!

The wifi needs help and the rooms are fair. The bed however was deliciously soft

The motel smelled of body odor mixed with a full ashtray. Very unclean and smelly. Will never stay there again nor recommend to anyone.

Very close to free way and restaurants. Breakfast very basic . Great for over night stay.

When I arrived late at night and checked into my room, it was disgusting. The towels were stained, there was hair in the sink and the stopper to the sink would not raise, so the sink filled with water. The cover on the bed was stained with something, and there was tape on the lock of the door.There was no alarm clock, and when I called the hotel to let them know it would be a late check in and asked about a hairdryer in the room, I was told I could ask for one at the front desk upon checking in. When I checked in I was told that due to them renovating the rooms, they got rid of the hairdryers because some of them did not work. Had I known that, I would have brought my own. And if they renovated, it was only in the bathroom area.The furniture was scratched and the door to the adjoining room had a door hinge that was falling off. Needless to say, I most likely will never stay there again. I will pay a few extra $$ to have a decent room.

They need to upgrade there units

Unfortunate that the cleaning staff doesn't speak English. The fridge needs to be thoroughly cleaned looks like frost and mold. The tub didn't get cleaned when I asked for the bathroom to get cleaned. The floor wasn't swept.

They lie about house keeper cleaning your room, the only matters to u is money!! Room as a smell that would make u sick sheets dirty nut stain’s on covers!! No respect they don’t wash anything or wipes anything I had to leave at 2 am with my family felt like death! I stay at both of there rooms sites poor!!!!

I struggle with OCD. I did express that. Everyone was super friendly & nice about it. The breakfast has many options most hotels don't. It was well worth my money. I have been recommendingever since my stay. I would have stayed much longer but accidentally booked the wrong hotel. We will be back in the future for many small getaways. I also loved how welcoming the staff was. I told them my situation of needing a hotel and being in one for quite some time due to an emergency concerning my home. My apartment is still not fixed and I will be looking into coming back until it is. I am a single mom and didn't expect to have to be in a hotel for a month, so money is tight. They were so understanding and kind. Could not reccomend this place anymore. Also my daughter and I finally got to relax for the first time in a long time in the pool area. We both thought the sauna with the color changing bulbs was pretty cool. Definetely a different experience than most for a great price. Keep doing what your doing because its working! Overall cleanliness of the whole hotel was great (my personal standards are pretty high, no matter how clean I still do some cleaning myself). I love looking at reviews when I'm making a decision so I hope this helps. I was actually advised not to stay at this hotel and I'm so glad I didn't listen. I cannot for the life of me remember the lady who helped me out at the front desk, SHE WAS the bomb our little ones are close in age. TY <3

I thought the sink was unique.

It was a very good stay, it is a completly remodeled room it is very clean . The staff was very nice and the price is lower then the other hotel. Thank you

Spacious breakfast area. Good sized room. Glad I had ear plugs for early morning traffic noise.

No pressure or hot water in the shower

Bathroom door was broken toilet seat was broken. Room smelled like dirty carpet. Would not stay there again

Appeared recently room was recently renovated and was clean -external building appearance looked a little run down

Clerk could understand her because of her accent . She didnt explain to me about incidentals want my card . Walked in the room had a musky smell to it

Property is land locked. It was difficult to access adjacent properties.

The room smelled of smoke even though it was non-smoking. One of the bedspreads had something on it and needs to be washed. Decor has been updated but without good craftsmanship. The a/c worked well. Hand soap was provided.

Amazing

We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room but the heavy smoke smell hit us even before entering the room. The floor in the bathroom was sticky (obviously not clean), the A/C didn't work and was full of dust. Also, it is very noisy area and the rooms have very thin walls.

Easy quick check in but not what I expected. It was an older faculty that needed alot of updates especially for the price. I usually stay at the super 8 in Maumee but I guess I booked wrong location, Maumee location was cheaper & alot nicer place

For a low budget hotel, the room was nice, clean and quiet.

Was treated terribly by the staff and managers also on top of it they were moving mattresses from rooms that people were in which was a little odd
