Close drive to beach and shopping, but that’s about all positive it has to offer. Phone to contact office did not work, nor fixed in the days after told of problem. Bathtube/ shower had unsafe surface to stand on to take shower(surface was bubbled) and a fall risk. Beware close to train line and often during night/ early morning loud trains go by and wake you up.

Bathroom and walls not clean

No service people smoking out side of doors garbage can outside back entrance overflowing & killed 5 roachs in bathroom

One partial roll of toilet paper, no soap.

Great location. However between the trains and traffic it was a bit noisy. It is exactly what we expected. The room finishes, power outlets,?towels, and other amenities are what we expect from a discount range hotel. Given the price markups locally for a holiday? weekend this place was a bargain.

Our first room was poolside and smelled strong of chlorine and cigarette smoke. BUT, Requested another room and when moving to that room it's smell freshing clean. They moved us without any hassels. Had a very pleasant stay. Very nice hotel.

This is an older hotel. It smells musty and old. Not enough towels or toilet paper. Had to bring our own. When we asked for more the clerk was rude and unaccommodating. Over priced for the place that it is.

The rooms are very outdated and rugs are very dirty. Lots of pot smokers near washing machine area and outside.

Easy location

It is well located with in walking distance to stores. The hotel was quiet and felt safe at all times. The staff was very polite.

Needed.more.clean.

Everybody's always very nice always! However, I got the same room twice within a two week period and the same popcorn that was behind the bed under the front of the bed and behind the microwave was still there I picked up some of it but I didn't realize it was there till on my way out when I was leaving the first time second time same thing.

Convenient. Lack of basic needs. No coffee pot or tissue. Facility needs to be up graded and modernized.

The front desk clerk was not very friendly, he did not tell me my room number or show me which direction to go in. He never asked me for ID, just my name. The room was excellent and very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again despite the unfriendly clerk.

The desk person gave me a key and said the room could already have someone in it. The room was indeed occupied. Ugh.

It's quiet clean the staff are all great good location love the pool all tho I've only got in it once however it very clean and relaxing and my favorite of all is there guest are very important to them from what I see on a daily I would 💯 definitely recommend this hotel 🙌🙌

It was clean and nice

I arrived in town for a same day event a little early of check in and was asked to come back at 2pm. I like the fact this hotel had a sooner check-in time. I arrived back about 1:30pm and my room was available. I found my room with no difficulties. I am THAT guest that still sanitizes my room especially commonly touched surfaces. It appeared as if the floor had been vacuumed to the minimum. There was mold in the bathroom on the caulking of the soap holder. There was splatter of dried water on the mirror. No hangers were in the room, nor an iron. The importance at that time was hangers and an iron to prepare for the event. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be notified. No one came. I called again and was told maintenance would be notified ahain about the hangers. I was then notified that the property no longer provided irons because they didn't have any. Hangers eventually arrived, but I wonder was that a normal request. This location is next door to a Walgreens, so if a guest wants to make a quick run to a store, it's convenient. I stayed for 5 hrs to sleep after my event and checked out at 7am. This is a much older facility from the history given to me from my Uber driver. I would not recommend this location for lodging.

Clean and adequate room. Quiet property. Pool area could use more seating. But overall a pleasant stay.

Customer service excellent

Toilet had pee stains, which I cleaned. I didn’t trust the blankets. Just looked so dirty. I bought Lysol and disinfected the entire room. Everything is all rusted out. I will not rent here again
