We really enjoyed the bar inside the hotel. The bartender was great and she made delicious drinks. Nice atmosphere and good way to relax. Really fun!

The hotel was practically empty so very quiet. They prepared a very nice large hot delicious breakfast each morning - not to be missed. This was the highlight of our stay the 2 mornings. Also had a decent gym. Friendly accommodating staff

This place has the best breakfast ever. Sure, it has the staples (Waffle machine) but the sausage is real and the eggs are homemade.......

I understand this property itself is older. However, there is no excuse for the condition of the hotel and the condition of the comfort of the room. It took almost 5 hours for the room to warm up and never warmed to the temperature it was set at. Possible cause could have been the curtains which were blocking the air flow and opening the curtains altogether would have let more cold air in the room. The mattress was OLD and not comfortable. The sheets on the bed were old and paper thin. The fitted sheet was too big for the bed mattress and pulled away from the nasty old mattress. The blanket (?) apparatus was inconvenient and was very old and sub standard. Paint pealing from the bathroom ceiling and looked to be a booger wiped on the light switch which I did not see until morning before I checked out. I understand older but this "Quality" is far from Quality and the rating of 8.2 at the front desk and your rating of 8 out of 10 is a joke. I could never recommend this hotel especially at the price I paid per night. Disgsuting!

This property appears old and well worn. The HVAC unit runs either full blast or off. And the bathroom sink stopper handle is broken.

Room was clean, nearby rooms were propped open, unclean, garbage in hallways

Despite the listing on Hotels.com there are no smoking rooms, it is a non-smoking property. There is no room services vs. the limited room service on the listing. Front desk was unhelpful when called about the tv. The comfortor on the bed was stained and the kleenex box was empty. The carpet needed cleaning and the floor under the sink was dirty

I found the hotel very outdated! The windows were filthy, the whole outside of the building needs cleaning or refreshed! Some of the exterior doors did not lock at all! When we told staff, they said management has known about this for months and just don’t care about fixing it!

Very clean. Staff was friendly. Hot tub was down while we were there though. Safe and quiet area.

Staff friendly and efficient, room was clean. Rotted window frame, water damaged wallpaper, nasty looking shower head and old worn toilet seat. The hot tub was closed with no water in it and the pool was all chipped up and looked dirty and the exercise room is weird,broken machines and stinky. I would definitely not stay here again now would I recommend it to anyone.

Overall our stay was great! The room was clean, breakfast was hot, and it was quiet in the hotel even though it appeared to be booked full! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, as a matter of fact I highly recommend stopping in and seeing Dawn in the hotel bar while you are there! She was a great bartender, she made sure we were taken care of and even made some recommendations as far as places to eat in town and things to see! Unfortunately the bar wasn’t open on Saturday evening or we would have stopped back in! I would definitely stay at Quality Inn and Suites Escanaba the next time we are in town! Thanks for everything!

Great little breakfast with a do it yourself Belgian waffle set up. Clean nice rooms at a reasonable price.

Toilet paper roll couldn’t reach unless you stood up to get it. Weird! Bartender was a drama Queen. 1 drink and we left. Curtains part off rode

It was a quick overnight for a very early flight out. Great overall experience!

Hot tub was out of service

Was a nice stay just wish it was a little cleaner. You could tell the bathroom was maybe half cleaned there was soap left from previous guests and mold on the ceiling the bathroom moisture is extreme.

Loud A/C unit. Damp sheets.

August 6 room 313. Wallpaper pealing off the wall and we thought the ceiling was just dirty. It turns out it was covered in a large amount of mold. The window unit may have been malfunctioning and throwing humidity at the ceiling. Coughing my head off now. I wish I could share pictures.

The property has become a pit. We have stayed at this numerous times over the past five years as we have family in the area. It has become very rundown. Additionally there were few amenities for a room that cost over $192.00 the second. For example no iron nor board. When I asked the front desk they could not provide any. The security is nonexistent. The room was very damp. I could go on but you get the idea. All in all, a very bad experience. We will not stay there again. I would drop them from your service as several other guests were also complaining.

Nice and quiet. A great place for couples to relax, swim laps in the pool, and get an early morning workout in the workout room. Excellent HOT breakfast, too.

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The hotel is fine for an overnight, but I would not choose it for any longer. The pool is nice, but several fixtures in the room were loose, and the wallpaper is bubbling/peeling off the walls. The beds are adequate, but not super comfortable.

Beautiful property, friendly staff

Did not get requested adjoining room. My family and children were separated and the hotel staff didn't seem to care and took no responsibility. Did not clean our room as we requested. Breakfast was pathetic. Will not be staying there again.
