No trash can in the room and the room would’ve been nice had it had a microwave. Other than that, great!

States here will Traveling w my 6yo.. First off it did not disclose that it was under renovations so it was a hot mess. People painting, stuff everywhere. In addition I believe my daughter and I were targeted, hotel front desk gave a random man a key to our room and he was trying to get in while we were changing from swimming, luckily my family members happened to be there to intervene. When I went to ask front desk about it nobody could give me a legit explanation and said that I was not in their system but I had reservations and paid with my Amex card and had key cards. On top of that individuals were fight and playing on our hotel phones in middle of the night waking us up. I did not feel safe and left ASAP! Should have called the police but instead booby trapped my door and just left with my daughter immediately the next morning. Upon which staff still couldn't give me an answer or refund but instead was told the manager would call me the next day. Horrible scary experience as a single mom traveling with a child. I will be following up with Managers ASAP and calling corporate.

The experience was good

We reserved a room with 2 double beds and at check in were told they were oversold and couldn’t give us that. The sleeper sofa was terrible even for our child. There were also no linens for it and no wash rags. There was no remote for our tv and no hair dryer as stated in room amenities. We did ask front desk staff to move us after one night which they agreed to but they never did. Will not stay here again.

The room was pretty run down & the bedding smelled like it hadn't been washed. We returned from a late dinner to find out the hotel had no water and wouldn't until 5 am. We decided to leave and find a new hotel, while in the process of leaving we got stuck in the elevator for over 5 minutes. When we mentioned it to the lady working she didn't seem to care.

They are going though renovation and have to shut down the water 11pm to 6am, also they are loud next floor up drilling and bagging hammer 3am on a Saturday. Also you can feel the bed springs, you can tell they are old and needed replaced 5 years ago. Getting no sleep. They should warn you before paying $130, not worth it at all. This is the worst saty i have ever had at any hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited, but stocked. The hotel is being renovated but noise was not disruptive and staff was always cleaning up outside.

I stay there for 4 nights 3 days and they have no hot water in my room when i asked them to change my room they said its because of construction going on there site so they will fix the problem but no. I face that problem in my whole stay .

My short stay was wonderful.

We stayed 3 nights to attend a duplicate bridge competition. This was a very convenient location just off the highway and just two lights from the Indy Bridge Center. There are lots of dining options near by. The hotel is clean and has a good fitness center and pool. They serve delicious, gooey chocolate chip cookies in the evening.

Under (very needed) renovations. Very noisy all night. Not in a great area.

This hotel is very dirty. The hallway carpet is stained. It is very dark in the rooms and hallway. This place is very poorly ran. It does not deserve the Hampton Inn name. We reserved a double bed room and was not given that. So we left and had to dispute our charge to get our refund. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Receptionist was on her per so nap pho me having personal conversation while I was checking in .. in the process of that she put me in a single which I clearly had my kids and had booked a double … so I had to walk back down there and listen to her conversation again while she corrected her mistake ..then as I was bringing in my luggage my card deactivated she proceeded to imply that I didn’t know how to tap a card against a door box

Suggest adding Greek yogurt flavored as an option at breakfast. Sheets are rough and comforter scratchy making sleep uncomfortable.

Property was under construction and maid service wasn't every day. Disappointed with the breakfast offerings.

Staff was very nice; however, this was the most run-down Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Hopefully, the renovations they are doing to the outside of the building will continue to the interior. The room was small and had very few amenities. Definitely will be staying at another Hampton Inn on my next visit to Indy.

The construction wasn't a bother,but my pillow cases had either Mold stains or were just Dirty when I flipped my pillows and noticed it on my Last day there. Also, there was no Non-pork breakfast meat available for my 1st breakfast there. And, I had to get my Fridge replaced because I found it was dysfunctional the next morning. Ruined my Food I put in there.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. We received great service, our room was clean, and we enjoyed time in the pool. Even with the construction on the outside of the hotel it was a good experience. Will definitly be staying again when we go to the next concert.

Arguably one of the five worst hotel stays of my life. The hotel was full and there were very obnoxious people having very loud conversations in the hallway until 3am. It was hard to sleep between them and the kids running up and down the hallway as well. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were thin and not at all comfortable either. On top of that noise is the outside freeway noise as well. It is going through some exterior renovation so the property just looks awful. Hampton Inns are normally good and safe for travel hotels. Not this one. Never again.

The outside of the building, especially the parking lot and the windows, could use a good cleaning. The workers and service were excellent.

when we entered our ,room, the bed was messed , and there was toilet paper IN the toilet , and a soap bar was used

Dont stay here. Bad experience all around. Unclean, unfriendly, they dont care! Got room with 1 bed instead of 2 and couldnt change room -overbooked supposedly. Horrible experience!! Dont waste your $$$

Probably the least impressive Hampton we have stayed at. Room and beds small. At breakfast, coffee ran out 3 times. Bagels were frozen. Potatoes not cooked from frozen well enough. Wife probably would not let me book again

The property was well kept, however, local road construction projects resulted in a 6 hour power outage and a fair amount of noise
