Beautiful place, well run, friendly staff and well appointed rooms. The food is pricey and pretty average and that includes the the Lone Eagle Grill. Parking is $29 a night and there is a $50 resort fee. The pools are nice and they have 3 firepits and complimentary S'mores kits.

Pool was very busy and no staff to monitor the area and tidy up after many families with drink and food was a free for all. Have stayed many times with my own children and no problems. The pool was full of grass and pine needles due to kids putting snow from ground in pool. So there for not very clean. We had a security issue with our door. On return to room the room door was not closed by house keeping and able to open by any one. Call security and room checked. Luckily nothing was missing however very unerved. Strip from door removed to help remove t close not very technical and quick fix which may stay like that for next resident. We do love the location and the casino on site. The pool and hot tubs are usually out favourite part. Room is nice but now getting tired due a refurb and miss the club lounge we were given a bottle of champagne on check in and this was a lovely gesture !

The hotel is well kept, staff is very helpful and sweet. There is not much todo around the hotel, dining is limited. We did eat at the hotel fine dining, didn’t find the food to be worth it. As a matter a fact do not eat the bison, I barley ate it and left with a awful stomachache. The taste of meat was off / sour. They did offer me something else but by time I wasn’t interested in eating anymore.

Just magical through the holiday season!

The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the West, near Lake Tahoe with convenient access to the lake and snow areas in winter. The hotel, while big, is well managed and has a wonderful pool and spa facilities. The staff at the reception desk could use a little more training. My name was misspelled in the registration and it took me two attempts to change it to the correct spelling.

This is our to go place for ski trip a short drive to ski resort. We like the environment walkable to restaurants and private beach. Driving distance to more shops and restaurants in town. They do have dining restaurants and casino on site. But, none of us gamble. We just enjoyed the easy access to the ski resort, nice pools and hot spa, clean and quick café for breakfast and coffee. I do hope their restaurants have better food and faster services, and no smoking at casino. But, I don't think that exist. We do valet parking all the time very easy and they charge our car for us. Peaceful area, not as much activities as Northstars and South Tahoe side. May not fit for everyone.

Overpriced and overrated. The resort is aesthetically appealing yet they lack good signage and it’s not intuitive to navigate. Staff is friendly but upon checking in could provide more information such as where things are or how to get to the elevator; the basics. Instead it’s scan the QR code and it will tell you. There is both a resort fee and parking fee. The gym is nice with good cardio and weight options. I stayed in a suite and there wasn’t even a pen or paper to write with. The bathroom is nice but again, lacking convenience such as a waste basket under the sink or any small toiletries. There was bar soap and the smallest lotion I’ve ever seen. I ordered to-go from the quick cafe and requested no onions yet there were onions on the salad and burger.
The breakfast cafe was good but overpriced. Great service.
The hotel is average at best. The negative comments in my review are honest and the bare bones of a quality resort. It doesn’t even have a nice Tahoe vibe. Used to be beautiful yet relaxed and welcoming. Now it’s like trying too hard but missing the mark.

The Hyatt Tahoe was a perfect place to spend our 25th Anniversary. The hotel was an excellent of the Tahoe experience. Two were treated with courtesy and kindness from the very first encounter. Parking was extremely easy and access to the hotel was extremely easy and a short walk. The casino is smaller and more cozy the what you find in Reno and Vegas, which was perfect for the smaller, cozy atmosphere. We are definitely making a return trip, or two, in the future.

Beautiful hotel and ground, close to the beach. Some activities were closed for the season. We had to go off property to rent bikes, otherwise we had a nice stay

We have enjoyed this property a number of times. The grounds and surrounding scenery are beautiful. The room was wonderful and perfectly clean. It was a birthday celebration for us. Plan to spend money on extras such as a high "resort fee" and possibly "self-serve parking." Provisions is a great breakfast option compared to the over-priced cafe. Outstanding coffee, service and small bites to get you going. Easy and welcoming check in! Choice of a beverage to welcome us. Got to our room a little early. Lone Eagle Grille is a wonderful treat with dinner at sunset! Again really expensive. We are sorry it will be closed for renovation. Our opinion is that it is perfect as is. For a special occasion this is a wonderful choice.

Lots of things were shut down because of a seasonal transition I guess. The casino was okay. Cafe was terrible.

The coffee and the creamer were Terrible. We stayed in a great room in the cottages, which is a ways walking distance from the main hotel. I know that you want guests to buy the coffee in the kiosk, (which we did when we didn't have early tee times. but when we had to leave at 6:45 to commute to our courses we could not get there.

Not enough dining choices. Getting a table at the one restaurant there difficult and maitre d staff poor and unwilling to help. Bathroom needs an update and towels well past their sell by date. Valet staff excellent. Overall Hotel feels tired and in need of a make over. High altitude of resort a definite problem for some.

The Hyatt doesn't provide customer service in person any longer. They want you to text or scan a QR code.
Additionally, in the main hotel there is no food service 24 hrs. You can buy something pre package from their "Provisions" store, but that's it. No room service.
I guess that's the key word "service ". Does not exist.

The staff was incredible and always on the lookout for ways to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. From a welcome toast to offering water as I came in from a run, they were always attentive without being overbearing.

Very disappointed in our stay at the Incline Village Hyatt. We were there to celebrate a friends birthday who happens to live a few houses down from the Hyatt property on the lake. Long story short... this hotel has not been remodeled in years. They have replaced the furniture with knock-off stuff from China (trying to look like RH) but it looked cheap. Specifically, the hotel is over due for a complete remodel. Our bathroom door has been disintegrating from moisture for years. The bottom of it is flaking off. The closets were made in the 70's from thin particle boards. Tacky as hell. The rooms are depressing with only a very small alcove very little natural light. While the sheets were clean, the carpet and furniture had left over food particles from previous guests. The only reason they can charge so much for so little is there is no other choices to stay in Incline Village. And that's too bad, they should be making it a great place to stay when visiting. My wife and I will never stay there again. Unless they have it remodeled or sold to another company.
