Great, convienent location if you want to be close to the airport and SNHU arena Lots of options to eat and shop nearby. Did not rent a vehicle I either ubered/lyft for about $12.

We booked 4 rooms and stayed one night for our son’s college graduation. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable, service efficient and friendly, breakfast was plentiful, cookies on arrival were a nice touch, free onsite parking. It would have been nice to have an ice machine on each floor. The elevator got stuck so we took the stairs. Pool was filled with rude and rowdy kids with parents who didn’t pay attention to them. Stairwells smelled like smoke. Because we didn’t want to leave our belongings in the car during the graduation. Even though the desk clerk said we could keep our belongings with the front desk, it was clear that he didn’t think it was secure. So we we ended up having to pay for an extra night in one room in order to be able to come back later to get our things.

The hotel is located in a very busy part of Manchester - major highway surrounding the hotel. Our suite was huge, clean and modern but it looked out on the freeway and the windows were not sound proof. Bring ear plugs! Also, the pool is used for community events. My kids, husband and I headed to the pool when we arrived at 7pm and encountered an adult karaoke pool party. The managers were great and told the partygoers that we’d be swimming too but my kids were kind of freaked out by the whole scene and only swam for about 10 minutes. It was entertaining to say the least!

Two-night stay for business was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, staff was great. Breakfast was good and with nice variety. Happy to recommend this location.

Room was clean and comfortable. Not too much noise from the outside. Hotel was a little empty so breakfast was just me and the wife. Food was good, but limited. A meat option would have been nice with the eggs. All in all the stay was comfortable.

they say they have a pool but most of the time it is taken for a birthday party my grandson was not happy. Plus i asked them to review there camera cause i believe someone backed into my car in the parking lot and i guess it was to much to ask.

The room was in need of repair. Stains in carpet, peeling paint in bathroom ceiling, very drafty heating system, room was always too hot or too cold.

What can I say! This is one of the top places I have stayed .. I’m on the road a lot night here a night there so finding a place like this where they had a full gym connected to the hotel with access with your room key a pool with a bar and cabanas. Applebees, little Caesars across the street, modern clean rooms, would absolutely stay here again !

didn't stay there - couldn't find reservation online so thought it was never completed stayed somewhere else and was charged for the room regardless - no give with this property when things go south for your travel plans - no way they were even close to full!

There was no sign on the building telling us this was a Comfort Inn. Also the road access was horrible! Staff was very nice and took care of issues right away..I saw a man spilling coffee for a good 25 feet (very rude and a slob) all over the dining room floor and out the front lobby and staff immediately cleaned it up to avoid any potential slips.

I waited an hour n half for check in I booked a king room but was given 2 doubled beds. Because the first two rooms that were offered with keys were told they were clean but CSR called twice to get keys back à this too was show to us but had no window treatments !! We took 4th room just to rest with my highly autistic grandson in bedroom. I was denied King because they said Hotels.com booked a room that was not available. I believe they changed my reservation ! Because it was easier to keep the other kings available. Such a disappointment!! I’ve spent over 3000 since 10/1 they would not allow me to change rooms and told me they were keeping me exactly where I was !!

The hotel was very clean and had everything I needed. The on-site gym and pool was a nice touch. Breakfast started at 6 and was great. Staff was very friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

I am sure they are in better shape. Major renovations were taking place on 1st floor. Probably should have been mentioned. The window or AC unit was allowing road noise in our room all night long.

When we arrived at the property we found the that the doors are locked after 8pm and you need a room key to get in, for a late check in this was inconvenient and was compounded by the front desk being unreachable by phone for 15 minutes and then we only were able to get in after the night attendant saw us out the window after coming back to the office. Desk attendant was less than courteous and helpful and didn't provide a wifi password. The room looked freshly redone but the basic cleaning wasn't done, as there was dirt and hair in the tub as well as hair all over the vanity. The sink only had hot water. The room was clean and comfortable all things considered.

on arrival we were informed there was no hot water until the next day and we could go somewhere else if we wanted. I had just traveled 5 hours and there were no other places last minute. The bed had long black hair on pillow cases, dirty used qtip on the bathroom floor beside the garbage barrel., The microwave smelled like bad food, couldn't use pool much because there was a class going on in it.. then so many people were in it after I think because there was no hot water until the next day around 3 or 4 PM. I feel we should have at least gotten 1/2 off for the first day and a discount on the second. Totally unacceptable.

Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was average except that they only had decaf coffee. Parking was adequate, exterior was being painted. Walkable to restaurants. Staff was friendly.

The rooms were very clean and renovated. The value for the one night stay was great, it had good highway access the area was just ok. There was not much to do in the area. It was a bit commercial. I would stay again for a 1 night stay, but not really great for longer vacations
