Difficulty with power due to a squirrel.

It was nice very clean beyond nice staff the whole hotel smelt absolutely amazing would recommend and will be returning

It was being remodeled which of course caused problems but I was there for a conference and my room was right where the construction was going on. I had to step on sticky floors - deal with dust and the one day I could sleep in. The construction guys were blasting music and singing along. I don't blame them - I blame the manager for putting me in a room where I was an annoyance to their work getting done and I was annoyed and dealing with allergies and ruined footwear The wait staff was very good though

Great overnight stay. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable and the people working there were extremely nice and helpful. Very good breakfast buffet (free) in the morning.

There was noone at the front desk when we were checking on, the first floor was filthy and the outside of the building had siding missing and boards on the windows. We left and started somewhere much better. A place that said they would never recommend this BW to anyone.

Check in was messed up on Expedia's end and took two hours to check in because of Expedia. This is now the second time Expedia has messed something up with our trips this year

noisy room, fitness center and pool being renovated without my notification

I stayed from Tuesday to Friday last week and everything was decent on the inside everything seemed cool and pretty , hallways looked alittle old bedrooms as well, what was upsetting was first 2 night the pool was closed when i was told it should have been open the next day but wasn’t they didn’t open the gym and pool until Thursday which was my last night , I did receive a refund because of that situation. Breakfast was given in the morning and breakfast wasn’t that tasty more on the plain side ! But other than that everything seems cooled and it was a nice get away for me and my boyfriend Also btw the hotel was like in a back cut area alittle creepy and scary but I was safe the hole time / pool had like green water I didn’t like that at all !
