Overall a good stay. Window was leaking in the night and a few stains in the bathroom .

Nice staff, easy check in. Very nice indoor pool area. Wish the pool was open an hour later. Good clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. GREAT cheap Greek pizza place down the street with great desserts and pizza (that’s what we had. Went to concert at arena which wasn’t far at all. So, great place for what we needed.

Hot water was nonexistent

The front desk people were nice but you can tell it’s was run down it was loud! And they say breakfast is included but you have to pay for it.

Wonderful. Room was so spacious and comfortable . I could live in this room. It had everything. It’s in a great location and it was very affordable. I will definitely stay here again .

Rooms were not ready. There was no offer of compensation. Just kept being told half hour and another half hour turned into another half hour.

From midnight to 2 am the hallway was a hangout for loud obnoxious intoxicated adults with no respect for the young family next to us who's baby was up crying the entire night. We had a ballgame first thing in the morning. I'll look elsewhere for the next tournament. I hope this is not the new normal in Bangor.

I'm up in the Bangor area every so often and it's just for one night. The Grande suits my needs just fine. The rooms were remodeled recently and are quite large. The bed is comfortable. I only wish the rooms included a microwave oven. I usually order food delivered to the room and it would be nice to be able to reheat it if needed. Otherwise, the price is right for a good night's sleep.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The price was very good but breakfast was not included. We only stayed one night and the front desk staff was nice, but our TV service was not working. I've told the front desk person, but nothing was done about it.

The front desk attendants were excellent! Great food and drinks at the restaurant on site, no need to go out anywhere to eat.

The young gentleman that checked me in was so friendly and extremely helpful! Excellent person to have on your frontline staff!

Never saw such pristine -clean towels! Room was very nice! Enjoyed the pool- love the blue peaceful lights!!

The room had great heat and hot water. Great handicap access. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. The continental breakfast has disappeared forcing everyone to go to the restaurant. The is no juice station anymore. The coffee station/continental breakfast station has gone from 2 counters to one with a limited selection.

Really enjoy the Bangor grande, stayed for my birthday and as always happy with the cleanliness, the pool, the staff and the room itself

Hard to get in and out of. Parking area was a mess. There were allot of seedy people hanging around the entrances. Noisy.

The room itself was clean and had all of its amenities. No in room coffee and we weren't informed that there was coffee in the lobby. Our biggest issue was that the fire alarm went off at 4:45 a.m.. No fire just a glitch. The room alarms themselves didn't go off but the hall alarm went off waking everyone up. There is a heater in the room which Heats well but when it gets up to temperature it cools off very quickly and the floor is extremely cold. We were on the second floor I had asked for a room near the exit and I was in the direct Center of the hall so it wasn't really near the exit. Plus it was extremely cold in the hall.

Had to use alot of perfume and was glad i had just gone to B&B and had some plug ins so i was able to try to mask the smell that was in that rm. After a long night i made sure to tell the cleaning staff that something smelled really really bad so after coming to the rm they just kept apologizing and saying how sorry they were and that they hope my day gets better lol

I really like this hotel. The price is actually decent especially for having an indoor pool. The room was clean quiet and comfortable the staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was a blast. The pool room is kept nice an warm and the water temp kept at 86 degrees. I could actually feel warm water being pumped in through the jets so despite being winter in Maine the pool was perfect way to unwind and relax. The hotel had a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner you can grab a bite to eat or you can order there with room service for a small fee. I love this place. I Already booked a 4 day stay to enjoy a little get away for my birthday the beginning of January and another the following week to have my young children up for the weekend to visit and also be able to take them to the pool as well. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.
