RUN AWAY!!!!! This place is a dump. Too much to list. Worst is probably dirty sheets and dirty socks behind the armchair. I could go on and on. Probably top 3 worst hotels that I have ever stayed in.

The sheet got stain on the top. And the pillow even had a long hair lied on it! It was unbelievable dirty! The light are low. And the nearby area looks dirty and unsafe. I would never stay in this chain-store again!

Room was dirty, there was cooked rice on the carpet by the entrance of the room, there was no toilet paper in the room. The bed covers were also dirty. I requested for extra blankets and TP at the front office, but they told me that the housekeeping personnel were done for the day and I had to wait until 7 AM next day.

Room was dirty. Yellow in tub with holes around faucet. Pillow stains. Very dirty. Wouldn’t stay here again.

More cleanliness on beds and bathroom

You get what you pay for. It did the job, I just needed a place to sleep.

Clean, comfortable room for decent price.

The maid did a poor job cleaning the room we stayed in. On check in, the front desk employee was very stressed and distracted- not a happy person. The breakfast advertised as starting at 6 AM actually got under way around 7 due to what appeared as staff shortages. The breakfast consisted of cold cereal and waffles with no butter available.

Awful, dirty

It was cheap--that is truly the only nice thing to say. Should have known when I saw what I can assume was a prostitute & the parking lot drug deal, that we should have found another hotel. But this was a budget trip and again it was cheap. The room was filthy--not sure if it was back hair or a pubic hair on the sheets, and there were food crumbs in the bed as well. Not sure exactly what was on the floor--looked a lot like sheep hoof pieces in the floor (yes I grew up on a sheep farm). Unless you're down to your last $54 don't stay here. It was late in the evening when we checked in...should have just kept going. Pubes, roaches and hookers--You have been warned!!

When we first got there the staff was very nice and helpful then we get are room the first one was trash and Wes not clean then they moved us to a different room it was better there was not a blanket on the bed just a sheet and there was no wash clothes and no cleaning lady came buy tell the day we left

The AC was broken in the lobby. The room only has fan and the toilet couldn't stop running all night. I know it is Quality inn, but they advertised hot breakfast and they only had cereal and yogurt. I feel bad for the lady who worked there, it was 110 outside and no AC.

Usually my stays aren’t bad and I don’t really make any comments or any reviews but this one was one of the worst if not the worst I’ve ever had, I checked in and it seemed good went to my room which was a one night stay so I had to be gone by 11 am and the fridge in the room wasn’t working so I told them about that and they said nobody could go look at it or anything until the next day at 10am which was not really convenient I don’t think, then the microwave you had to move from the space it was and find your own plug for it to work also the blow dryer was not working and the room phone was out also not that I needed it but just another inconvenience, and last but not least the pillows I were given had stains on them idk if they were soda or body fluids but it was something I did not want to see, and they didn’t offer any type of empathy or sympathy and didn’t seem to care at all just not a good experience overall will definitely not be going back to this hotel.

Room had no towels, had to ask

Upon check in, the guy tells me that Orbitz has reserved two rooms and that I would be charged for the second if I didn't cancel through Orrbitz. Get to our room. It has definitely not been cleaned and was filthy. Start the call with Orbitz to cancel this mysterious second reservation, as I walk down to get a clean room. The desk clerk tells me he has no other double rooms. I ask him what about this second room that I supposedly also reserved. He said that it wasn't available (within the space of 5 minutes SCAM). I tell the Otbitz about the second reservation (she tells me there is no such thing) and since he cannot offer a clean room, I tell the rep to cancel the whole thing. Place is dirty, in disrepair, vagrants loitering the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Place smells bad carpet was dirty front door base board was off.

Rooms were so dirty. Sheets and pillowcases had stains and hair on them. Mattresses were heavily stained. Toothpaste on the wall. Towels had dark stains on them. Fire alarm was disconnected and laying on the dresser. Water was hot, AC cooled, and the door locked so that was good.

Unfortunately, there were no other options, everything was booked, I tried several others around. Usually Quality Inn and their family are a safe bet, this one, not so much. The room was FILTHY, the sheets and towels were the only clean thing in the room. The door was not even close to secure, and the parking lot was just a dirty as the room. Had there been any other options, I would have turned in my key, and went elsewhere. Luckily I was one there for a few hours.

Atleast I didn’t wake up with any bumps on my body. The blood on the pillow cases, no shower curtain, brown shower floor, and piss all over the toilet was an added bonus. If you’re into drugs and prostitution this is just the right spot. I’m not sure you could find a dirtier and more unsanitary hotel.

No curtain to close..the toilet ran all night... manager said he was all booked up so if there was a problem with the room he couldn't fix it. So in other words you get what you get

We have stayed at other Quality Inns this trip and werent expecting nothing too different. Yes the price and non-refundable notice should be a give away. We arrived in the room and it was disgusting. One of the beds had two big dents on it; hair in the sink; dirty and stained bedding, pillows and towels. We saw the overall conditions and just left to another hotel for the night. We have two kiddos and in no way would we be staying there. I hope this is shared with the Quality Inn company so they take their name of off this building. This places brings down the service Quality Inn has given us this trip.

The guy at check in was nice and check-in was easy. The room was the problem. The floor was very dirty, visible trash and dirt. There was one lamp, no coffee maker. the fridge was very dirty. the TV remote, very dirty. The bed pillows looked a little disheveled when I got in and there were 3, which, ok, i guess. there were visible stains on the blanket on the bed, on the corner that would be right by my face, so it could have just been dirty. there toilet seat was broken in half. On hotels.com it shows pictures of people cleaning and promising top notch checking standards, and I call complete bs on this. No cleaning standards, at all. Just don't stay here, they need to start having low business, so they will step it up!

Horrible cleanliness blankets where dirty, headboard had hand prints, no toilet paper, dirty bath tub key didnt work to open the door. Service was great though. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

It was very nasty

The pillows were tiny. We reserved a room for four people and only had two towels and the desk said that they did not have extras. We did not want extras we wanted the 4 we paid for!

Very good bargain for those who want no frills accomodations

Checked in late at night. Woke up to the luggage rack being stolen off the top of our vehicle even though we were only there for 6 hours. Room had dirty looking sheets, lamps with no lampshade, desk missing a leg and leaning on the wall, tv not hooked up and even if it was the batteries were not in the remote.

Comfy bed and really clean.

We booked this property during our road trip, and the main reason was because we thought that the Quality Inn is a reputable chain that is inexpensive, but good. We are not spoiled travellers, but this is below any expectations. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IT IS HORRIBLE! The front desk lady was very unfriendly, gave us a key to the first room, the room was super dirty and smoky, like someone just smoked a pack in there. I am not sure how they operate, as at check in she made us sign all kinds of papers that there is no smoking no pets allowed... We asked to change, the second room did not have a smell of smoke, but someone just took a shower there and all the towels were on the floor, dirty. We asked to change again. Room #3, bedding is not changed, FECES ON THE toilet seat! I have never seen anything like this. We went to the front desk again, at which point she started giving us an attitude, that it was our 3rd room already, like it was our fault that the rooms were unacceptable. Room #4 the fridge was not working, all mouldy, beds did not look fresh at all, but it was already midnight, so we decided to stay. Slept in our clothes, and were out of there at 6 am. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST! NOTHING, IT'S FALSE ADVERTISING. This was a long road trip, and we stayed in many hotels/motels, but none were like this. We avoid Quality Inns now, as we can't trust them. I would not stay in this place even if it was free.

Front desk was great! Room was horrible, sheets had not been changed, so we had to change rooms, second room was not what we reserved so we had to have a fold out bed, there was no way to open the bed. #1 the night stand blocked it and when you scooted it far enough down to get it passed that it blocked the bathroom door. Then it wouldn’t open all the way because the bed was 2 feet too close. The young lady working was gracious to give us the second room at no cost, however both rooms were still not clean. We were too tired to find another place and we couldn’t get refunded our money. I would not recommend this hotel. I would recommend hiring the young lady working the front desk though. She was very sweet and did everything she could to accommodate us. In no way was she ever unprofessional and was very sweet! Complements to her, I wish I had gotten her name.
