Stay was ok. No noise problem, even though it's just off the highway. No noise from other travelers. Room and bathroom were clean. Hall floors dirty, carpet in halls need a good steam clean or removal. Building not clean smelling. Breakfast convenient but coffee was bad, much too strong, food was good. This a convenient location to RT 93 and 495, Boston and New Hampshire.

My stay was good. The hotel itself was pretty nice and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. I wasn’t overly impressed with the pool area. There were many spots throughout the floor as well as the pool bathroom that were very rusty. Towels were not kept stocked. Myself and other people had to go to the desk and ask for towels to be stocked. And the trash. I know people should be picking up their own trash, however, it should also be on the hotel staff to make sure that spaces are kept up. Overall it was a good stay though.

Was to stay for 5 days and wanted to use the pool.Put my hand in the water and it was cold. You couldn’t even wash dishes in this! Told front desk.Next day same thing so I filed a complaint. Was told their thermometer read 83 minimum standard. So do I have to carry one with me to verify this at every hotel that has a pool?
It was cold .Period.
Let’s not forget the kids running up and down the second floor hallways late in the afternoon and whoever was having conversations at the desk at 930 pm very loudly.
I asked to be put away from everyone else for a room.
Best thing that happened was a nice bath.
Next time I’ll never choose this hotel brand and forget about exercising in a pool for my back.

The only reason for the condition to be 3 stars is that I booked her instead of anywhere else for its pool. But frankly the pool water didn't look clean at all and the pool house didn't smell quite right.

A lot of noise people running in the Halls all night had my door banged on so I was watching my door then the toilet had old piss stains so I assume the rest of the room wasn’t properly cleaned and the ac sucked I put it to 60 on cool and still felt warm at times

It was awful there was blood on the comforter, the bed and pillows smelled like body odor, the carpet was sticky, there was more blood on the wall and towels. It was too much so we did not stay the night we had to leave. I unfortunately did not take any pictures but I did call the front desk and asked for them to clean it and still was t the best afterwords so we left

Housekeeping was knocking at my door at 11:07 check out was at 11 I told her I was getting dressed and that I overslept instead of saying ok she stood in the door on the phone with the lady at desk while I was standing there in my night clothes it was very disturbing but over the hotel was nice! It was just the pushy housekeeping

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Only issue we have was the noise level. The first night we have to call the front desk due to the noise from a party upstairs. The second day kids were running around and opening and shutting doors very loudly.

Spent 9 days, the place was clean the staff was great, the only thing I didn’t like much was you had to notify the front desk when you wanted your room to be clean etc. Other than that everything was great

Hey I wanna to say that elevator is too old and just one for guests and employees.
The mattress on the queen bed was horrible for my back, very soft.

There was a nice lady working over night she checked me in early on January and told me it will be an extra charge to check in early which I was ok with it I reserve the place for 2 night January 1 to January 3 . 300$ after tax , on January second they asking me to check out they lie saying that I checked in on December 31 to January 2 and that was a lie I explain to the manager that I get charge extra to checked in early and all he said to me was that doesn’t count they will refund me the extra charge and I end up losing over 150$ never again don’t go there and mind you I’m a regular customer I stayed there everytime I’m in Massachusetts so never again so they kick me out and said I’m not allowed to come back lol after they stole my money

The reason why I chose this location was for the pool because I have a son with autism and he loves being in the water. So I thought this would be perfect. The day after check in we go to the pool only to find out it was closed for cleaning until 2pm. No problem. We wait until 2pm and still nothing. They said the chemicals used to clean the pool were too strong and have not diluted. All in all the pool didn’t open until about 4-5pm. He was only able to enjoy it for about an hour or so due to us having to get ready to go visit family for new years. So I think, ok, tomorrow is another day and he can enjoy the pool area before we head back home. Next day comes and once again the pool is closed for cleaning. Needles to say the child was very upset and I look like the bad guy because he doesn’t understand why it’s closed due to his special needs. And also the toilet see in my room was loose. So yes I was very disappointed with my stay.

This has got to be one of the worst places I have ever stood at. When i checked in i was greeted nastly and that turned out for the better after a few words. I checked in at 3a.m. due to flight issues. Nearing my room I could smell weed and see smoke and hear loud music.
Entering my room the room has a bad oder. Nasty oder! I could here bangging and super loud music. By this time it was 4:30 in the morning. My husband had to get a room change but the rooms available smelled nasty but having no where else to stay and being tired we stood.
Throughout the stay there was noise and sleepless nights. If felt nasty to sleep in this place. This place seemed to plave dislocation people, party place for young people to go smoke and party. This was just nasty and completely uncomfortable!

This is my third year staying here on New Years Eve with my dog. Everything was great! I just wished the breakfast hours on New Years Day would have been extended beyond 9 am since most people had late nights.

We had a clean, well-kept up room for a reasonable cost. The room is specified as handicapped accessible. There was room for a wheelchair to maneuver, but that's all. There was no walk-in (or roll-in) shower, or even grab bars in the tub/shower. We'll probably stay there again.

Bathtub kept backing up and the toilet seat cover was broken and would move once you sat down. The shampoo and shower gel bottles in the shower were empty AF. The room could use a dusting

Room was clean and spacious, staff were nice. Definitely not walkable to anything, but easy to get around by car (including to Boston).

Definitely served its purpose. Very clean and front desk staff was exceptional. Only issues were more maintenance related. Could see the wiring behind the bathroom light switch it was so loose. And the elevator would have little “jumps” going up and down and did not inspire confidence with the noises it made.

This hotel is awful! First off I never stayed in Virginia idk where that came from! The employees that work there are very rude and not understanding at all! I got told I had to leave for something that had nothing to do with me, at all.. They accused me,they didn't want to hear a word I had to say, they didn't care I m absolutely homeless, no compassion, no understanding nothing! Especially the assistant manager! He is ignorant and Should not ever have the position he has! I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone ! Especially around Christmas time I wasn't even allowed to explain myself and was given one hour to hurry and move my stuff ! Disgusting! On top of that they wouldn't return any of my money for the nights I didn't get to stay because of them! The assistant manager should have to feel how it is to be homeless, and thrown out on the street for something he was accused of that had nothing to do with him at all! Bunch of snobs!!

The front desk representative was very nice. The room was dirty candy wrappers on the floor, bathroom smelled and the comforter was filthy. The bath mat was badly stained.
