Place was lovely, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room were big and very clean. My mom was able to maneuver around in her wheelchair fine. The bathroom was big and having the bench in the shower was too tier. There are a couple of issues I have with this chain. The breakfast always seems to be very bland! It’s like serving yourself hospital food. I don’t seem to understand why nothing comes seasoned? I understand some people have health issues but come on the turkey sausage was bland and rubbery. This has always been the case with this chain. The other issue I have is that when people were coming in from the pool they left water everywhere the only working elevator had a huge puddle in it and when I got up to my floor I saw about 5 teenagers/ young adults dripping wet. When I dropped my mom off to the room and then left to get something out of the car a few minutes later another group came out of the elevator soaked no one not even the first group had towels with them. And the most important part of it all was there was NO WET SIGN warning in the elevator. Someone could get hurt.

Great place very nice pool with cabanas nice spread for breakfast. Only thing was kids running up and down the halls for hrs

We very much enjoyed our stay and this will be our go to hotel when we come to town . Room was very clean free breakfast was amazing with lots of choices staff was very helpful and friendly from the front desk check in to the kitchen staff. Only down side was the bathroom light has a sensor and goes off after 20 seconds which is a little frustrating water pressure is low but that’s common in a hotel not a big deal

Easy checkin, staff were friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a good stay and I highly recommend the hotel. A lot of hotel for the money!

It was extremely loud being on a busy street with very thin windows. Plus kids screaming n the pool until 10pm. Would not stay there again due to the noise.

when checking in last night the employess was so nice and pleasant and helpful. room was super nice and clean. great experience.

Checkin took 20+ minutes no other guests checking in. Card reader down clerk spent time stumped. Then handed me a complete hold harmless notice to display in our car. That after i noticed a guarantee of happiness noted at the checkin counter. To say this did not make me completely happy. O explanation of the dangers of parking at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend single woman staying as something not good available in the parking lot..
