Several things that i wish i would have been aware of before booking
There is no Hotel only entry. every time u come and go you must travel through the main entry where everyone else goes. casino patrons and hotel guest get the same treatment. parking sucked. MOLD behind every piece of 1980s wallpaper. Not a single usb plug in near the bed. staff was very rude. Did i mention the mold? oh yea. its everywhere. This place is a no go for me every time

Comforters are much to warm, unable to cool room enough to compensate.

I will never stay there again. Big mistake

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with one queen bed. The front desk clerk stated it was Travelocitys issue and to contact them when we asked why the booking changed. Not very helpful.

The front desk person was rude and for the money the rooms were very outdated and worn.

Only minor complaint was the cleanliness of the gym/workout room. Everything else was great!

My brother was coming to Iowa from Wyoming. He broke down in Minden, IA. I booked him this motel and then tried to find cab company to pick him up. I could not find anyone so immediately went back on to Hotels.com to cancel and they would not refund or at least credit me. I lost money at a casino and I never even went there!

Nice place to stay figured rooms would be cheaper if you gambling and spending a lot of money

Even on the 9th floor our room and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe it filters up through the vents from the casino?
Would have appreciated at least a complimentary bottle of water.

The 360 Restaurant was closed. The Buffet was discontinued and replaced by more Slot Machines. The only place to eat and escape from the smoking and noise was Guy Fieri's Restaurant which was overpriced and had a very limited menu. My husband and I shared the Pork Chop, Mashed Potatoes, very tiny Corn Relish and Whiskey Glaze cups, and with 1 Beer and 1 Soda, the price was over $60.00! The only good part was the view of the River and I had to request that room after the Front Desk Clerk had already checked us into a room without the view. Sorry Harrahs, we won't be back. :(

Perfect Night! Great games, big TVs for football and friendly staff.

The front desk employees are great. Room dated and smells like smoke. Limited channels on tv. Limited food options. Housekeepers were yelling in the hallways at each other from one room to the cart in the hallways about personal things, very unprofessional.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable and room had all amenities. Gaming area was great. 360 steakhouse was great. would have been nice to have a sit down morning cafe to have coffee and breakfast.

The only thing I would mention is the entrance. Unless you drive to the front door for drop off and pick up it’s a little bit of a downhill or uphill walk. Little strange

Check in was horrible. There was one person helping people and we stood in line for 20 minutes before someone came to help. That person took 10 minutes to get logged in to a computer. Once we got our key we headed to our room to find it was still being cleaned at 7:00 PM... We had to wait another 15 minutes before getting in our room. The hotel is aged and rooms fairly clean. The pillows were the size of quarters on the bed and were horribly uncomfortable. The rooms are very loud and even being on the second floor we could hear people outside in the parking lot all night.

Easy to get on and off freeway. Front desk was very polite and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was large. Liked that there were two chairs in the room. Not many hotels have that. I would stay again.

Room wasn't ready at check-in. We were not there till an hour after recommended check-in time. Also room smelled like smoke/musky smell. Not updatd at all. Guys restaurant food was good service was good. But when guys restaurant staff was not serving our they are all definitely not like working there. Everyone complained about it there. Wouldn't be my 1st place to stay again.

It’s very average/standard accommodation. Nothing special. Dead cheap, though, so there’s that. Food in “Guy Fieri’s” is pretty awful.

There was a live concert directly outside my room. It was quite loud, and not my favorite genre, but it was over when they said it would be over. Despite my late arrival, I had to wait for the room to be clean and prepared, and looks like it has not been updated lately, if ever, but it was clean and fairly comfortable. The restaurant was good, but the menu was limited due to the concert.
Hat's off to the security staff! They were outstanding, very personable, and very accommodating as I was transporting a very large fire truck that needed special considerations. They bent over backwards for me, and I appreciate it very much.

Check in was quick but they weren't exactly helpful (had to ask where to go, when check out was, etc.). The room was mostly clean but there was a strange smell in 1 corner. The bathroom needs a lot of work. It was difficult to tell if the shower was clean or not (potential mold in the caulking). The shower curtain was literally falling apart. The bottom of the tub was horribly stained and super slick (almost cracked my head open).

I wish the staff that hosted the stir cove concert series was a little more organized

I stay here several times a year. Great location and the casino is fun. I work a lot from my room between meetings.
I do wish they had more food options though. The steakhouse is rarely open and the restaurant is often without a host to seat you. For food, I always end up having to drive and bring it back.

The staff was ok, not real attentive or friendly.
My bath tub had someone elses hair in it. I wanted to take a bath but it was gross.

very short stay, but a positive experience. Enjoyed the chance to hit the casino; dinner on the deck out back; a cocktail at the top floor bar looking out on the skyline.
some minor nits: the hallways were icy from the A/C and the lobby (and the casino) had a distinct smoke smell from the smoking.
