The staff was great. Nice clean comfy room

The door lock was broken, given a second room with roaches, given a third room, and thankfully had to leave before spending a night there.

My stay was great lots of peace and quiet.

Room was not very clean, didn’t have any full towels for showering had to use a small one. When we went down to ask for some we were given one and it still wasn’t a full size towel. There was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. Cabinets in the kitchenette were not clean

The premises are dirty and smells bad. Front desk receptionist was really nice and friendly.

I will never stay here again. Upon checking in when I got to my room there were holes in the curtain, burn marks in the comforter, crumbs in the drawers, the microwave, fridge, and freezer were all dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting and had no soap. And although they say they have a no smoking policy you couldn’t tell because of how the hall smelt. I had to find a new hotel the same day that I checked in because I refused to stay there. When I called to ask about their cancellation policy the worker in the phone was rude and didn’t let me ask all of my questions before she hung up the phone. I would not recommend staying here.

Only one set of lights it was in the living room no lights next to the bed to see floors were dirty found a roach in the bathroom and it look like the floor hangup been swept

I didnt even get to stay. A nice expedia rep named jose got me a room at a differnt place because the "overbooked" while i was waiting for 30min for them to tell me i couldnt have a room. 5 different cockroachs crawled up and down tbe front desk

This is by far the most DISGUSTING establishment I have ever seen in my entire life. I am sleeping in a chair tonight at this extremely uninhabitable hotel. I am afraid to touch anything in here it is so grotesque. I was told by staff themselves they don’t clean unless you pay a fee and that most guests bring their own broom and mop to clean a room that they have PAID FOR! This is inhumane, this is probably illegal, and most importantly a threat to my mental and physical health. I will be reporting this establishment and the company as a whole to the BBB, the state board, the health inspector and every news and media outlet possible. I want an IMMEDIATE REFUND for the conditions I am being forced to stay in due to the lack of cleanliness and the lack of customer service I have received. Although one staff member is extremely sweet, I saw a roach in front of her and she told me to step on it!

I had booked a room on Expedia for the weekend, as I had for the previous three weekends (for work). Last week, I noted in my review that the room had not been cleaned very well, but otherwise gave the facility good marks. When I arrived this Friday, I was told that 'the system was down', so I could not be checked in. I asked if I could pay cash and was told 'no'. After making me wait for an hour and checking in other guests ahead of me, I was assigned the exact same room I had on my last trip; in several years of traveling, I've never had that happen. When I finally was able to check in, I saw that the room had been cleaned, but it was patently obvious that the staff had decided to punish me for the review. I won't darken their door again.

Fake hotel , looks like a shelter for homeless people. Questionable people living there and nearby the parking lot. Everyone smoking , mostly weed.

I actually didn't stay at all. I ended up having to spend $194 because it was short notice. We had a late arrival once we arrived the outside grounds looked unkept and dirty. It took the person forever to come to the front desk. The front desk clerk was nice and I do understand it was very late. Once she gave me the key for the room. We unloaded our luggage and used the side entrance. There were empty beer cans and other trash on the side of the building. when we entered the side door, we noticed how unkept the facility looked. Upon entering the room before even stepping a foot inside i noticed how nasty the refrigerator looked, then a roach crawling across the floor. We immediately turned and left. Its disappointing because I stayed at this hotel years ago and how it has declined is sad.

Loved staying here very clean and staff very friendly

I had clean sheets on my bed this time, so that was an improvement. The room was cleaned, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, and it was quieter than it looked as though it would be. Check-in at the front desk took way too long and had much more attitude than it should have had. It sufficed for my needs.

This hotel was very unclean. Food & trash on all floors. Blood & hair on walls & bathroom door. Air conditioner leaked all night to were I stepped into it every time I got up. I complained several times about it & also a fight few rooms down. People yelling & screaming in hall & slamming doors. Kids running up & down halls. Refrigerator was so nasty like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks

Staff was rude, I won't stay again!

The staff was very polite and helpful, and the interior of the property was clean (for the most part); the room has nice amenities, the AC worked well, there was plenty of hot water, and the bed was comfortable. On the downside, the sheets on my bed had clearly not been changed from the previous occupant and the area around the building was unkempt to the point of being scary (and I don't scare easily).

This place is terrible! I couldn’t even check in! Dirty ! Noisy , bad traffic ! Blood on the walls dirt everywhere cigarette smell I could go on! I didn’t even get a refund! I could not sleep there terrible! I had to come out of pocket to purchase a new room.

If it were possible to rate this hotel lower, I would. Walking in the room, I noticed that the door handle was broken. Nice start! The toilet in the bathroom needs a new seal, so it was leaking water all over the floor. no toilet paper holder. Is that too much to ask?! THERE WAS NO SOAP ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND! Assuming someone forgot to leave soap, I asked the front desk for some. The response? "We don't have any." How do you rent out new rooms knowing you don't have any soap?! Unbelievable! Trying to get assistance from staff was a feudal effort as all I got was attitude. Then there was the nightstand next to the bed that was covered in some type of stain left from an unknown liquid. The shelves in the refrigerator had obviously not been ever wiped down. I didn't look in the microwave, cupboards, or drawers. I didn't want to know what was in there. so, I would say, without reservation: STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY!

The best part about the hotel was the price and convenience to where my appointments were. The staff was very friendly. I was disappointed with the kitchenette. It was not very clean; the bottoms of the trash cans were dirty on the inside. There were quite a few loud arguments that made me nervous when I was outside but the police were on almost constant patrol which made me feel much safer. I'd say3/5 but I would stay there again.

The area felt isolated and unsafe. Check-in staff was not courteous.

The quality and cleanliness of the place is below standards and the pictures and advertising give a false impression that the place is a lot nicer than it actually is.

Dirty room. Dirty diaper found in it. People coming and going all night long. Checked out and left early. No refund. Manager never available. 10 out of 10 would not recommend at all..

There were roaches in the hallway and in my room where the two burners were. The room was smaller than what it looked like in the pictures. None of the outlets on the wall worked other than where the light was next to the bed.
