Smelled like smoke everywhere and carpet felt damp and had lots of stains.

It was a very nice stay. Service was awesome.

HORRIBLE. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Stains and burn holes all over the bed, roaches everywhere and a deplorable smell! Steer clear of this hotel. Anddddd it’s non refundable for a reason!!! GROSS!!!!

The staff was helpful & respectful. The room was clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable. The "continental breakfast" left alot to be desired though.

We didn’t have a microwave and when I went to the front to ask if they had one to use they said no. I asked if I could be moved rooms and I’d pay the difference and was told no.

I didn’t like my whole experience because it stunk the whole time we were there and they were trying to cover it up with ax body spray. Didn’t see any live bed bugs but they do not get new mattress and bed bug residue all in the crevices of the bed just not cleaned also bed was very uncomfortable just wanted a nice night and just got smelly dirty one I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just plain disgusting. And they only have cereal for breakfast which is bs and my $50 hasn’t been sent back after they told me it would

Sheets were dirty. Floor not vacuumed in months if not longer. Hair all over shower with soap scum/ grime. It was very dirty. They did bring clean sheets when we asked them.

Staff and the front desk are very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely will stay here again.

The staff were all nice and there were no bed bugs, which are the only reasons this isn’t a 1 star. Sheets had not been changed, hair all over the bathroom, there was a roach on the dresser when I walked in, sheet rock missing in the closet, no knob on the heater, janky electrical outlets, sheet rock joints/corners exposed, and the hotel smelled like sweaty teenage boys and cigarettes. There was nothing anyone could have done to make it better so I didn’t even complain. I just slept in my clothes and got out as early as I could each morning. Do not recommend.

Hair everywhere, shower, sink and on towels.

It was nice. I disliked the fact I had to fix the AC and hot water in the zinc. I like it was very quiet and clean.

Room was not ready at 3:30 and they checked us in and gave me the key and we left to meet our friends. We came back around 2 am The room was tiny only a double bed only had 2 towels the carpet was sticky there was soda or something spilled all over the heater. Was very disappointed

Furniture is scuffed and no light bulbs in the lamps

I ordered a double room and double 2 beds and when I got there all I got was a double 2 beds. So I paid the extra for a bigger room with tile and dinning room and never got it and when I asked about they said it’s only for a double bed room but I looked at the reservation multiple times and it said double room and double 2 beds. So I am disappointed and saw cockroaches when I was there. Awesome beds though slept like a baby. Horrible service considering I spent more for that room

There was a receptionist who was very nice, I wish I knew her name, and then there was a man, he was rude, and I initially ordered 2 rooms but the 2nd didn’t go through, he told me I had to wait because he doesn’t take bookings after 3 when my family had been on the road for hours and needed a place to sleep. But thank god because when we go into the room it smelled of mildew, the beds were very low and had the worst bedding ever, it looked so unclean everywhere you looked, there was little to no tv, and the carpet felt like it wasn’t intact you could see where pieces were replaced and not even well replaced. We left, immediately after walking in and seeing the room, the pictures are not up to date, the only thing that looks nice is the lobby. The rooms don’t have microwaves or refrigerators, the manager guy told a guest it was due to COVID, which really confused us all. The halls smell terrible and like someone is spraying cologne to cover the smell, if I could give it a negative number review I would, but definitely 0/5 stars.

I liked everything.

The exterior and lobby looked fine, but once in the hallway the smell of mold was overwhelming. Our room was filthy. The sheets had blood stains. The floor had not been vacuumed. There was one towel for two. No cups for water or coffee. The tv was smaller than my computer monitor. The walls and ceiling had water damage. The room was tiny and smelled bad. This place is barely acceptable for low rent prostitutes. If you have any self respect whatsoever you should not stay here. Under a bridge would not be less accommidating. Also the deodorizer was overwhelming and thinly masked the underlying stench.

The process of checking in and out was friendly and what I expected. The bathroom and shower were minimum acceptable and clean. The bed sheets and pillows looked and smelled clean. The nightstand lights weren't plugged in and there were no outlets for them to plug into.? The carpet and other fabric in the room was amongst the worst I've seen (bottom 5 ever for me). I wouldn't sit on any furniture and wore slippers in the room as I didn't want bare feet on the floor.

I came expecting to see a nicer hotel room. To my surprise this hotel was in poor conditions, the area was unsafe, room all smelled like cigarettes. The lobby looked unclean. We had friendly costumer service but the quality of the hotel was not what we expected as the pictures described it to be. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. We left a day early because of the quality of the hotel.

Bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. Facility is old and could use a major remodel. All employees we encountered were very nice and helpful.

Our room with two queen beds came with one bath towel. No other towels period. One cheap bar of soap to share between both the bathroom sink and shower. The hair dryer had something brown and dirty all over it. I don’t even want to know what it was. The other travelers looked like locals living there permanently. Lots of warnings about the in room safes and the hotel not being liable for theft. The dispensary next door and connected to the hotel was a nice final touch. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me.

The beds were comfortable but that was the only thing good about it. The halls reeked of weed and you could see the smoke clouds. The rooms were disgusting. The fridge and the microwave looked like they had never been cleaned. When I woke up the next morning there were cockroaches crawling on the walls. I had I seen them the night before I would've checked out right then. Disgusting! Save your money and go somewhere else!

It was a place to stay. Liked location but hotel is really run down.
