Hot tub was out of order. Could not find the sauna. Continental breakfast was brown bagged and given to us upon check out with no choices of what we wanted. My daughter did enjoy using the pool. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Well it’s old and definitely needs an update. Pillows were small and dirty. Stains everywhere. Shower didn’t drain very dirty. Mirror was dirty. Hot tub wasn’t working. Pool was disgusting. Smelled really funky.

Everything was worn down. We were on the first floor and the hallways/ rooms reeked of cigarettes smell on non smoking rooms. They advertised heated pools, pool is not heating the hot tub is out of service. No heat in the pool area, freezing cold and you have to bring down your room towels because no towels down there. The staff was friendly, but other than that will never return. Run down place. The rooms are gross .

The balcony was a piece of ply-wood.. the indoor pool was cold after being told it was heated to 85degrees. The room it was in was freezing/not heated. Holes in ceiling, hot tub broken not filled. Very disappointed as this was the reason hotel was originally booked.

The bathroom door was hard to close and open. The hot tub was out of service. Went to take a shower and cold water after 1 minute. Need to fix up the place

Place was nice. Prettt clean. Could use some upgrades in decor but good value for the $$. Front desk was super nice. Even finding me a room for my Lil Buddy ( 2 # chihuahua) when I forgot to call ahead after making the reservation. Very confident location to all the attractions and food in area. Would stay again. Thanks for the great trip

Stayed due to dance competition in the area. Upon check-in, we were given a room on the first floor. Initially it appeared nice. Newly updated and even had a lemony clean smell to it. However, within minutes I noticed a huge dark colored stain in the middle of the duvet. Then upon pulling the curtains back, their were two dead bugs on the floor. Thought it was due to the windows, but then I saw a dead bug by the desk. Immediately got out of there and demanded a new room. Once we got into the new room (on the first floor again), I inspected. While there were no bugs, I noticed the duvet on one bed had huge white stains and the fitted sheets on the other were stained. Hotel offered to refund and claimed their linens are serviced by a third party. Clearly issues with the third party but also housekeeping staff that put the linens on and left them there despite visible issues. Since we were in a pinch and everything in the area was booked as well, we stayed. However, they had housekeeping change our sheets, and the worker was soooooo nice that he brought us brand new linens fresh out of the packaging. I inspected the mattress to make sure no signs of bugs, and everything was fine. Mattress was too firm for my personal liking. Shower sucked. It was warm... Never hot even though it was turned up. We've stayed there once before and the only issue we had was the hallways smelling if weed. Nothing like this. But never again!!!

Great place and the check in process was fast and he was a good guy
