The room smelled so bad like dog pee that i did not end up staying and i left the hotel within an hour of arrival

Office staff was very Accommodating , I asked for a room that would be away from other guests so my autistic daughter couldnt disturb them if she was being loud, I also asked the nice gentlemen working the front desk for a big garbage bag, he didn't have one on hand, a few hours later he saw us and gave us one , it shows he didnt forget our needs! Makes you feel cared and thought about! Definitely felt comfortable staying there with my family !

It was centrally located to all the destinations that we were looking for

If you love the smell of ass and body oder this is the cheap hotel for you

Unfortunately this hotel was very run down and extremely noisy. I could hear every word the neighbors said, the foot step above us were so loud we were woken up numerous times. I could even hear the neighbors use the bathroom. So disappointing that they jack up the rates during games days and this is the condition. I would never reccomend this hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable and basic. It's definitely more for the business traveler or someone passing through just looking for a place to crash for a night or two. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location with several restaurants within a short distance with a couple of fast-food restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again if I were on a business trip to the area.

When I checked in for my 2 day stay , I was not told until after my money was taken that they had no hot water for showers, i then said i will not be staying the second night and wanted a refund on the second night , the Attendent said manger would be in the next morning { that was not true } and the morning Attendent was rude about the whole thing , and Manger of course says she cant refund on same day cancel which is not true , very unhappy customer that will never stay at a super 8 again

Staff was friendly. However, the hotel itself was disgusting. I read the reviews before booking, expecting a slightly dingy bargain rate hotel. This was not the case, and instead it was unclean and smelled of pet pee. Smell: Walking into the hotel, I noticed an odd smell. It wasn’t until we got to our room, where the smell was much stronger, that I figured out the weird smell was pet urine. The smell was so strong and pungent that it was overwhelming. It was obvious looking at the carpet in the hallways and the room that various pets have urinated on them over the years and it was never properly cleaned up. The bathroom: The shower looked like it had never received a deep clean. I was shocked at how dirty it was. Not to mention, the hair that was left from a previous guest. I don’t have words for how bad the shower was, and I am instead attaching a picture. The room: The floors were obviously stained with pet urine - but they also were not properly vacuumed. There were crumbs all over the floor, and we kept socks or shoes on the entire time. The soles of our white socks turned black after walking around the room in them. The chair in the room should not be sat in. There is various melted food encrusted into the sides. The urine smell never went away. The heater/air conditioner has a very musty/mildew smell when used. When we checked in, I honestly considered driving home. We debated about staying the night, but ultimately decided we really did not have any other optio

Pee in the toilet upon arrival. Room smelled like a wet dog. Air conditioner did not work. Sunday morning the maids got into a fist fight outside our room. Cussing and screaming and even a little hair pulling!

Came into town for UofI football game. Worked out well, close walk to downtown and close walk to campus. Definitely would stay here again

The only thing I can say I liked is that we were closer than Lewiston to Pullman by staying here. It was extremely over priced for the condition, cleanliness and location. Bedding and towels were clean. It was a very old and run down building, Carpets were stained, dark dingy hallways, knobs to turn lights on were broken - just not a very comfortable place to stay. Was a only option when I booked as wanted as close to Pullman as possible and had to book within a month of going to Pullman for a sporting event so took the only room available that would accommodate my family of 5. Would not recommend this place.

I enjoyed the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The beds were clean but the showers above the tile line had some dust and hair.

The room was fine. It was homecoming weekend so the value was what it was. However, the non-smoking room had a scent of cigarette smoke. I think someone tried to have a smoke in the shower. For the purposes of the trip, the room met the ticket.

Inexpensive clean rooms. Noisy next door construction. Very limited breakfasts.

The staff was so gracious in allowing us to check in a bit early

Bathroom faucet loose from base and couldn't adjust for hot cold. Had double queen room and there was one bath towel for three people. Staff did bring more towels but faucet was not repaired. "Breakfast" room a total disaster. NO elevator so if you have trouble carrying luggage up stairs, pick somewhere else.

Place is a dump black mold in bathroom and room smelled like a chimney. I was physically ill after one nights stay. Sheets and comforter were not clean long pubic hair on bed. Do not stay here

The man that checked us in was very rude and charged us extra. I asked for a receipt when I checked out and they said exedra would give me. I have not received however it looks like my card was overcharged. I simple smile and helpful tone in a voice can go along way, This staff needs to be educated on customer service, and typically I always give good reviews but I just cant on this one.

The property was dirty, shower was horrible. The only good thing was it was quiet. Definitely not good for the price paid.

The front desk was awesome and so accomodating to us. The rooms smelled not good, my son complained of the bathroom smelling like mold. It needs updated for sure.

The sink and tub did not drain properly, The TV didn’t work. The lobby and hallways were dark, and smelled very bad and had an overall unkempt appearance. I don’t think I will ever stay at another Super 8 again.

With exception of the shower nozzle which would not adjust to a decent spray most likely due to plugging from scale the property was very good.

Bathroom cleaning needs a little help. We had a couple of guys fighting in the hallway in the middle of the night. Front desk needs some training.

Very comfortable rooms and easy to get to places around town.

Originally it said pool on listing and has since been fixed and there was a community pool nearby that was amazing so it worked out well. Property is definitely dated. Carpets were terrible but overall the room was clean. Put major complaint was how hot it was in the room. We had an L shaped room with 3 beds and it said double but they felt more like queen which was a huge plus but because it was such a large room the very old air conditioning did not cool the room very well and since 2 of our 6 guests had some Medical conditions it was super uncomfortable for them. Shower after pressure also sucked pretty bad. Breakfast was limited but was sufficient continental and waffle maker. Drink machine ate my money twice but that’s not their fault. I would probably not chose to stay there again but it was clean and did the job.

No elevator. The staff was very accommodating for mom who is disabled and put her on the first floor because she can’t go up steps.

Stayed one night while traveling. Room was dirty; it was obvious that it had not been vacuumed. Chair was terrible, cushion was flat. Shower head needs to be replaced. Someone needs to inspect the rooms for issues that need to be addressed.
