Unfortunately our room smelled aweful. Luckily I had room spray with me. The tub was nasty. The “free” breakfast sucked. No water even offered.

I did not like that I couldn’t get back into the room at 10:50am despite the check out time listed at 11am. But other than that, totally worth it.

The stay and room was clean and comfy. Other than the fire damage on the whole upper level that was not mentioned in the description

We were very surprised by this hotel! It seems to be newly remodeled and well managed! The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. We needed to print some papers and she had us email them to her and she printed them and delivered them to our room. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. The free breakfast wasn't really our thing, but it was there. We opted for a Chick-fil-A down the hwy a few miles. Location felt very safe.

The front door is paper thin and you can hear EVERY car passing through on the highway. Bed was like rocks and made both our backs hurt. Not much at all in regards to breakfast so we ate out. Bathroom tub could have used extra cleaning. The irony of having a sign on the front door to say customers need to wear masks when entering when not even the employee that checked us in was wearing one. Won’t be using this chain again.

Room was nice and clean. WiFi was weak and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. That said, you couldn't beat it for the price. Place was quiet and felt safe.

I have stayed in many hotels and this is by far the worst hotel with the worst service that I have ever stayed. The door to the room would not open so I had to hike across the parking lot for a new key. When finally entering my room, the toilet was clogged. I called the front desk and after they came they blamed me for “flushing a pad,” which I do not even use! I decided to take a shower and noticed hair all over the shower, which obviously were not mine because I had just arrived! And all of this in the middle of a pandemic!! This hotel brags of its cleanliness but it is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. If I could give it a zero rating I would. Stay somewhere else, anywhere else.

Everything was excellent & the beds were really comfortable..

Water in shower was dismal. No pressure at all. It just dribbled out.

Location an okay price for one night. Comfortable an safe.

A real live person answered the phone when i inquired about a late check in.....Friendly Front desk Staff. Ckean comfy room....great stay.

Very polite staff and nice room for the price. There's a GREAT Mexican food place right down the street. Go for the food and stay at the hotel.

We showed up to get our hotel and couldnt speak to some one. We had to yell to a guy through a window who couldnt understand us and he was the only one running the place at night. We arrived at our room to be surprised by the fact that there was no sheets on our bed or blankets. Everything was thrown in a pile on the floor. I called the guy and he told me I was a liar and drunk but we had been driving 5 hours and we are 20. Not even old enough to drink. He then finally agreed to let us have some sheets. We didnt even have pillow cases. There was a brown stain or dirt in the bath tub. We stayed in room 221 all the way at the right. Upon waking up in the morning at 9:00 Am we went to get our “continental breakfast around 9:30 only to find out they closed breakfast at 9:00 AM. They had no signs posting the hours and the guy told us 10:00. We then asked if we could eat anything in the room where breakfast was and she said no. When we went to check out the lady we told the lady everything that happened, the night window, the sheets on the floor, the guy calling us liars and me telling him to check the cameras, then she said sorry theres nothing we can do about that. That guy was hired just 3 days ago. So they had a new hire running the hotel through the night alone with out help. No help at al

The hotel was quite and newly renovated. No disturbances and they respect your privacy. It is in the middle of bishop and 45 minutes from the beach. However overall a great experience.

The hotel has been doing some remodeling. Poorly done remodeling. Water damage on the ceiling, which was patched up and looked like a mess. The entire room smelled horrible. Tried to switch, they were all that way. Towels and washcloths were stained. Couldn't get a refund to change hotels, due to booking online. This is mostly a roadside motel for truckers. I did not feel safe being alone there. Housekeeping comes way too early, around 9am, and they do not have Do Not Disturb signs.

Hoping to get a decent continental breakfast before I hit the road but there was hardly any food selection. Ended up with a banana and coffee. Not pleased.

Just stayed overnight but staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Fridge was a nice bonus.

Room was clean but all the furniture was old(this is a new property). TV was old & static was a problem. Dresser was broken and mirror was just sitting on floor behind dresser. The stairwell was not lit and hallway lighting was on a timer that did not sync up with current daily conditions so lights went off two hours before daybreak. The positives for this property is the price and it was clean. Staff was very friendly and continental breakfast was good.

Well the stay was good, we were there a few nights and even though the outside of the hotel is not great the room was large and comfortable. It had fridge, microwave, ironing board and the bathroom was large. A few things, the mirror was not attached to the dresser and some of our party had problems with the keys working and had to change rooms. The front desk was not so friendly but the housekeeping staff super friendly. If you have an event in Bishop there's no place closer and the Taco Jalisco is close by and awesome.

we were suppose to stay in corpus christi but all the hotels were full. I was so glad they were because they were awful. the room was very clean. it is not close to anything. ny stay was awesome. we missed the free breakfast everyday. compared to the rooms of friends who also stayed in corpus christi ours was 5 star. the location was out weighed because the room was so clean and comfy.

The hotel room was fine and the staff pleasant except that: the TV guide did not match the channels on the TV, the air conditioner had to be turned very low to 65 just to turn it on, the wake up call was 25 minutes late. the staff was responsive but these issues had not been corrected..
