Outdated & sink overflow after brushing my teeth. Bed wasn’t comfortable the pillows suck! The refrigerator was so noisy couldn’t sleep. I’ll never stay here again. Harvey’s across the street so much nicer & cleaner.

Always clean and comfortable - great value

The room was very clean but we wish they had at least done a partial housekeeping service during our stay. Also, the jacuzzi was not in service which would have been nice after skiing.

Overall this was a great stay. Check in and checkout was seamless and the facilities were clean. The only issue was with the amenities: The hot tub was srained and closed and the pool was supposed to be heated but wasn't.

The room was the best part. The valet guys were good, but damaged my key fob. The Bell service wouldn't let me use a luggage cart. Overall, I guess the place was good, but the damaged key fob and weird bell hop interaction took a lot of the joy out of this trip.

As usual, excellent stay. Facility was in great shape.

This could easily be the best $100 hotel stay I've ever had. My room was generously sized with an incredible two separate bathrooms, and spotless upon arrival. Perhaps a little dated, it just brought me back to the heyday of South Lake Tahoe. Front desk staff was friendly and everything was walkable. I will say the added "resort fee" amount wasn't a whole lot less than the actual room rate, but they still added up to a great value. I'll be back!

They charge you excessive fees and provide almost cero services. Internet was terrible, furniture in our room was dirty and every time we needed assistance, it looked like the personnel hated their job. Definitely won’t recommend this hotel.

Very out dated facility/rooms and expensive. Every move we wanted to make the hotel was ready to bill on it. We observed that the staff treated all guests unreasonably poorly. We only stayed 1 night. We asked for extra blanket at check in and someone banged on our door at 3:46 am with the blanket. Unbelievable!. Hotel staff need to realize the illusion of once a great hotel is gone. This place and staff was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Overpriced for such an outdated facility with unfriendly staff!! We looked around and booked the entire week elsewhere . We found most places were so so so much cheaper, very professionally friendly, properties in great locations and most of them were very modern and provided great amenities and even complimentary continental breakfast.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at what can only be described as the dirtiest hotel I've ever encountered in a long time. The room itself was a disaster waiting to happen. The carpets felt like they hadn't been vacuumed in years, with mysterious stains dotting the floor like a modern art installation gone wrong. The bed, if you could even call it that, seemed like it had seen better days—perhaps during a bygone era when cleanliness was still a priority. The couch had a stain on it that I am not sure if it was donut glaze orrrrr something from a previous nights escapades. Housekeeping was apparently a foreign concept in this establishment. The dishes in the room still had someone else's lipstick left behind. It seemed like cleanliness was not just neglected but actively avoided as a matter of policy. Trash on every floor ever flowing when we tried to find ANY vending machine that would work to get a drink out of. We requested extra blankets and never got them til 1:30 in the am because "we are short staffed" just tell someone that when they call 3 hours earlier. The staff, while not outright rude, displayed a level of indifference that matched the overall ambiance of the place. When I tried to address my concerns with the front desk, I was met with a dismissive shrug and a half-hearted apology. We were given the resort fee back... It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment.

Stayed Sun-Fri. Check in was easy/quick. Room service was not done during the trip. We were told to ask for towels/trash on Wed but didn't bother. It did mean our trash pile was pretty large in the room. Room was pretty quiet - only once got woken but loud people in hallway. Short walk to the Heavenly Gondola which was nice. Ate breakfast at the Cafe one morning - food good but prices a little steep.

Anniversary getaway was a bit disappointing. The property seemed worn out and not all that clean. No housekeeping services, which meant we had to empty our own trash cans and track down someone for clean towels. Some of the restaurants were either closed or had been relocated, so you couldn't depend on the signs or elevator buttons to locate them. Workout room was small and dingy, and the pool's jacuzzi was empty and closed off.

Loved staying at Harrah’s except for the fact that i had to pay $35 since my ‘room type’ wasn’t available at 3 pm. I thought with platinum status, I was allowed a n upgrade and early check in :(

Dirty, smelled bad, worn carpet, broken furniture, torn wallpaper, really limited food choices, $29 resort fee that basically charged for internet without much else included. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. Smelled like smoke downstairs/casino. Pretty dated hotel, but was not horrible. staff were nice.

Room was not the cleanest. Dead moths in the shower. Very outdated with door panels and paint falling off. Best part of the room was that there was two full bathrooms.

Very convenient location and excellent selection for rooms with two bathrooms if you upgrade. The downside were the beds were super old and uncomfortable

Good hotel but definitely need some touch up work in the room. We had two bathrooms in the room which is a huge plus.

Why is there a charge for parking now?

We arrived to celebrate my husbands birthday and we had to wait for our room and then we got to the room and the heater didn’t work, the shower water wouldn’t get warm and the outlets in the bathroom wouldn’t work. This made getting ready for his birthday a huge challenge, so we were moved to a handicap room with 2 queen bedrooms. The room was so gross! This door is just an example of how things looked and felt.

In need of some updating. Neither shower had hot water and one of two sinks did. A bit problematic when it’s 26° outside. Staff waived the resort fee when I brought to their attention and another guest was waiting in line behind me with the same issue.

Our room Suite was $325 approx and was a total dump! the fridge didn’t work the carpet was rippled, the furniture was beat up. Tiny old TVs. No full length mirror. Very disappointing and we will NEVER stay there again. Or @ Harvey’s since they are owned by same company, I believe.

Our stay was pleasant. The only thing we did not like was the fact that there was no hot water or TV available on the day we checked out.

Even the rooms that are non smoking smell like smoke. The hotel itself could use several updates. The elevators are in poor appearance, the beds are uncomfortable and even self parking is expensive.
