Park MGM is the only smoke free hotel, casino and pool on the strip. South pool is great. Warm and quiet. Love it.

Great location as we were in Vegas to see Maroon 5. However, for the price we paid for the room, I expected a much nicer room. Rooms are pretty bare bones…no fridge, microwave or coffee maker.

Stay was great! My wife loved Eataly!! Hotel is in great shape.

The Park MGM was a great hotel for me and my 2 girls and grandbaby! The clean and nice rooms with a smoke free environment were perfect for our 2 night stay. The pool Was awesome too. I would highly recommend this for anyone with kids.

The red rooms are really uneasy feeling. Bad interior design choice. Love the no smoking. Had a nice time at the pool. Best Friend was amazing. Perfect location very walkable. Love Eataly.

Staff was very professional and pleasant. Our only critique is that the Shower Body Soap dispenser was empty and three of us were sharing a room. Luckily the bathroom had 2 Hand soap dispensers. It is also unfortunate that that resort fee is not an optional choice. We had no intention nor time to use any of the facilities other than our room yet were required to pay a $40+ resort fee. That should either be an option for those who wish to use those amenities or simply hike up the room charge. It seems a shady way to charge more for a room.

This hotel is great! I highly recommend it. Very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Non smoking with is a plus. Will definitely be staying here again. And its in a great location.

Check in was a nightmare! We disn't get our room until 6:30 after going up to check 3 times they said they were going to text me, which never happened. Our friends who got there after us got their room at 2:00 And I booked and paid for both rooms. They were Strip View rooms which is a joke as you can barely see anything but the rooftop below. The only plus about this place is it's Non-smoking. But there were people right by the front door smoking. Why don't they stay at the 100 plus other Hotels that are for smokers.

Friendly staff but the first room was unacceptable - stains on the carpet & a visible one on one of the beds. The 2nd room was better. Then we needed more towels. and it took hours to receive them. Lastly, they did not correctly apply a room credit (that was received for the inconvenience of the hotel room).

This hotel is centrally located to the strip with easy access to Alliegient Stadium, T-Mobile Center and a large number of shows. The staff is super friendly and the beds were very comfortable.

The lock on our door had a dead battery right before midnight, I called down to front desk, was told security would be right up. I had to call back at 12:25am… was told someone would come. I saw a cleaning cart employee, she called management to ask if she could have permission to let us in and she was told no. After 12:35 THREE security guards came to let us in, didn’t even check my ID. Very frustrating!!!! At the self kiosk to checkout-the machine had several problems. Not an easy way to help you by me doing the work when it isn’t working properly. Frustrating way to leave when already upset. Sad with the lack of late night food options. Need more to-go food. Or more room service options.

Went for a work conference. The beds were really comfortable. Only thing was that the AC didn’t work that great. It worked, but not how I would have liked for it to. There were a few stains throughout the room but nothing alarming.

The overall room cleaning service is far below standard. The stain still were in the washing basin and toilet bowl.

We had a four night stay in sin-city and chose Park MGM for a change in our typical accommodations. Upon walking into the building, there is no smoke, but there is a lot of fragrance! When you get to the room, it’s 100x worse. We tried to change rooms but were unable, so ended up putting in notes to the housekeeping for “no spray!” My first night or two were difficult to sleep because I am very sensitive to chemicals and scents, but it finally dissipated! The room was visibly clean, with exception of the carpet that is probably due for replacement. There was some dust in corners as well, but nothing concerning. The bed was comfortable. The casino itself is clean and non-smoking. The breakfast restaurant, Bavettes and Eataly are all good. I wish there were some late night options other than Betty’s. All in all a great stay if you don’t mind fragrance and some Uber rides if you plan on exploring the strip since it’s not quite central enough for walking to some of the other casinos.

Room ready with dirty sheets upon arrival, had to call 2x before sheets were replaced, AC in room was not working and remained at 75 degrees for 2 days of my 3 day stay. Unable to switch me to a different room as they were booked. AC worked on 3rd night at which point made no difference. Because I booked through a 3rd party I was told all that could be offerred was a comp on the resort fee and some food & beverage credits.

The place is huge. Very comfortable and clean room. The hotel and casino are located in a good neighborhood. Lots of food options in the complex but also close by. Room was very clean. Nice to be in a no smoking environment.

Centrally located nice MGM property that is smoke free. The restaurants Primrose and Eataly are great. The pool is a nice cozy area surrounded by the property walls. Came for a mother-daughter birthday trip. The concierge sent up champagne and a card to the room. Due to some disturbance we were compensated a meal on the property. The walls are thin so you do hear the housekeeping staff cleaning other rooms and guests next door. That was annoying. Cleaning of rooms was ok and could be better. It’s nice that the rideshare area is close and convenient. Overall, we enjoyed the stay

Fabulous accomodation. Exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout amd lovely staff. Nice relaxed vibe, not full of hen or stag parties and a touch of class to it.

I found hairs on my bed sheets , the furniture was full of dust. The water leaked from the shower. There are no refrigerators or microwaves. I will never stay here again!

Las Vegas is just extra crowded in general. But everytime you attempt to enter the elevator its totally crowded with 20 people waiting to go to their rooms. They have certain elevators for certain levels, its not working jamming everyone on those levels. Las Vegas is crap in general, too many people, too expensive.

The hotel was relatively new. Best thing is that it is non-smoking! Even the casino. So it is great to stay with kids there. The bed is comfortable. Restaurant primrose is lovely. Pool is nice. Everything is great.

We were overcharged for our stay. Our room was hot the entire stay, the AC never went below 70 but the AC ran the entire stay. The pipes rattled and drain sounded backed up.

My stay was so good, i extended for 3 more nights and I'm trying to figure out what weekend to go back! It will be soon!

This hotel is a little bit old but is a classic, I like the Italian place with several Italian options and location in a plus

The rooms are clean and spacious. The casino is nice and smoke free and there are great places to eat too. Great place to stay.
