Great experience. They didn't have a van driver to the airport in the morning and ordered us a Lyft. So nice. Beds were nice and room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Convenient location to airport, short drive. Hotel does not have restaurant or bar. Several restaurants in area. At breakfast, coffee machine and juice machine were not working. Nice room, comfortable bed.

Spacious room, good bed, cotton sheets, lights were a little harsh over the vanity area. Full spectrum lighting would be easier on the eyes. Great staff.

We picked this hotel because we love crystal inn. We made a mistake. The breakfast was absolutely terrible all three days we stayed. Cold and hard “hash browns” with canned fruit and biscuits so hard you cannot eat them. The gravy wasn’t edible either. The coffee cups are small styrofoam and nothing feels homey about this place. The pool was amazing the first night but cold and mildew smelly the second. At check out we requested a receipt and they said they don’t print receipts. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. The room we stayed in had the worst shower head that sprayed the walls with a mist and power washed the back of your head at the same time. It’s also the first time we have ever ran out of hot water in a hotel.

Quick overnight. Would have liked the hot tub a little hotter and better pool towels but great place to stay

Great location, easy access to major highways. Decor is dated but comfortable place.

The hot water was barely warm. On the first day the refrigerator was quite noisy. Told the front desk about it. They fixed it.

The room was very roomy, it looked like it had recently been remodeled. Bathroom was small but the double vanity outside the bathroom was large and very pretty. The breakfast was phenomenal. Excellent!! We will definitely stay there again.
