Power strip that TV and coffee pot were plugged into didn’t work. I had to find other plugs for these. A little too much hallway noise in the morning. All else was good. Good breakfast.

The check in process was great! The front desk clerk was amazing. The amount of unattented kids running around the lobby and halls being loud and disrespectful however, was very disappointing. We stayed in a room with a jetted tub...the water was hardly warm and thats unfortunate because that jetted tub is the only reason we came there! The pillows need replacing because they are so flat! Other then that the room was clean and it was at least nice and quiet up in our room!

It was a very nice stay! The check-in was swift, and the desk gentleman was so warm and friendly. The other staff members were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and very comfortable. Even though the hotel was fairly to capacity, it was quiet. It was good breakfast with hot food - the service was excellent by keeping the food stocked and the area clean. I was certainly impressed with the friendliness of the staff. My room was very clean and quite comfortable. I had a great workout in the fitness center to start my day, followed by a delicious hot breakfast on the first floor. I highly recommend if a stay is required in Sturtevant, Wi.

The facility is quite dated, but mostly clean. There was a grape juice? stain in the carpet. The desk chair was broken and I basically fell thru the middle. A couple of cabinet doors were loose and wouldnt shut. There were not enough lights, at least for someone with cataracts. A light bulb was out. The outlets were old and plugs fell out easily. They had a Keurig-branded coffeemaker and 4 k-cups of good quality coffee. The headboard trim was coming off. The breakfast was slightly better than average they had sausage links and fried potatoes and scrambled eggs in addition to the usual waffles and cereal. The orange juice was all water, not even up to military standards. The view out the window was the front entrance roof, luckily the light wasnt working or I would have been blinded all night even with the drape closed; and you could see that it had been covered with a very worn plastic tarp held in place by rocks for many many years. The first room I had stank of smoke, and I am pretty sure someone knew this because the bathroom fan was running when I entered; but when I complained about it they gave me a different one that did not stink. The surrounding area is a cluster of hotels in an industrial region. The hotel was quiet even tho I was right next to the elevator. The elevator was slow and the "close door" button was disconnected so you got to look at the lobby a lot.

Our first stay here was pleasant and quiet even though there were a lot of guests at the hotel.

Easy to get to, breakfast was great, the night clerk was super nice and helpful, but the beds were really hard. There was a huge patch of carpet missing in between the beds that definitely needs attention in room 136. The room was clean.

I am a returning guest and this is my favorite choice for a hotel by far. Everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. The pool and hot tub are fabulous. The breakfast is delicious with a ton of choices and I also enjoy the soundproof rooms! I will be back again and again. Keep up the great work!

Decent place to stay. Cleanly and nice staff. The walls however seem thin as we heard arguing and loud music from the neighboring rooms all day Friday.

I love it. They have a Jacuzzi the swimming pool. Great breakfast casino gym. I love it.

The hotel was great. It was new years eve and the night before. The room next to us was partying, making noise, knocking on doors, loud noised in the hallway, etc. This went on until 12:30 am. There were mortars(fireworks) lit off in the parking lot at 12:05 am. When I asked the front desk, they apologized, but werent too interested in the complaint. Still a great room, but was awake for 3 hours because of the noise, etc. Expedia gave us a partial credit for the second night, which was all I asked for. Still a nice facility, and the people were pleasant.

This hotel is very clean! Breakfast was included. And a good value. Staff was overall very nice! Thank you!

This was convenient to the surrounding towns and easy access to the interstate.

The pictures are very photoshopped. The place is old with a cheap facelift. You can’t remove the musty smoke smell with paint. No water available to drink on property unless breakfast is running. They had water facilities on the gym but the jug was empty both days even after bringing it to their attention. They told me I could buy water from the soda machine.. well even the soda machine was empty. Never again

We have stayed here several times but this particular time we stayed coincided with a very large soccer tournament. The hotel was flooded with young kids who had absolutely no manners whatsoever. They ran around the hotel playing hide and seek. They jumped from the pool to the hot tub and back to the pool without any regard to other people - all while their parents drank from chairs in the corner. And they swarmed the breakfast area (in bathing suits) causing them to run out of food. The hotel should be ashamed to have let all this happen without any regulation. It makes me question whether we should continue making this our regular stop for the 4/5 times a year when we are in the area.
