The young Lady who was working that evening was very helpful. The facility needs to work on the odors that is in the hallways and rooms.

The elevator needs to be repaired. The room smelled like pets, specifically dogs. The hot water pressure in the bathroom sink was really low.

Rooms was not cleaned and they had to put me in another room. Also charged me $100 deposit and said I wouldn’t get it back until after 34 days of my checkout. Will never stay here again!

Area felt unsafe. Building seemed very old and outdated. Noisy. Doors slamming shut all night long in other rooms. Elevator seemed very old.

Convenient to I-75 for travelers; clean; everything is in good working order; front desk staff are very helpful.

Allowed us to check in an hour early. Very friendly staff and helpful due to unforeseen issues.

Someone was smoking weed at the entrance which was a big turnoff for me. It took a few minutes for someone to come to the desk to help me. Room was dirty and the entire night there were kids screaming and running the hallways. I did not sleep well or feel safe.

Stay was fine. Bathroom was in great condition. I did not use the cabinetry in the kitchenette, but it looked well used - misaligned doors, fixture warped at floor level. The refrigerator looked freshly installed, but an ancient unit, and the front and handles of it looked tarnished (past smoker usage) and dirty, like it had been sitting or stored under a dirty water leak. There were no bad odors. The check in process was simple and the personnel were professional. Included breakfast was light roast coffee and oatmeal packets, I expected a breakfast like some other short stay chains opt for, so I was just surprised by that. I think that should be detailed on the website before booking, as it was the determining factor for my stay here.

Trash was collected and left in the hallway for HOURS. Smelled horrible.

I appreciate that the front desk stayed late for our very late check in coming from NC. We cut it close but made it. Overall it was a good stay and comfortable.

So the staff were so wonderful and accommodating. They did the best they could based on resources available. That being said, the people who supply the hotel chain its things should do better. We couldnt even get a spare pillow. Because none were available. It would also be nice if coffee makers were in the rooms. Over all....would stay again if needed for how we did, which was just a place to rest during travels to a game

This place is good for just what it is, a place to sleep nothing more nothing less. The room I was in really needs an update. The carpet in the hallways was in need of cleaning and vacuuming bad! Never seen a hotel carpet that bad in the hallway. I would not want to stay there more than one night.

This property is nasty!! It smells! They barely clean the hallways. No upkeep. The bathrooms are insanely disgusting!! I was shocked I stayed here but I was desperate. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Trouble with checking in with dogs (charges), lobby door disabled, smelled like marijuana, run down and in need of many cosmetic repairs Room was outdated and stained. Kitchen area seemed clean but so stained and worn that use was worrying.

Hotel is isolated on a side road behind a gated residential community--long walk to retail and not many options close by. Adequate for one night; highway noise is masked well on the inside but noisy guests and strong smells in hallways made it feel like an apartment building, which makes sense for those using it for an actual "extended stay." Bed was clean and comfortable; bathroom and kitchen areas deserve a renovation (weird solid surface counter and tub/shower felt unclean and kitchen counter had scorch marks); no kitchen items or hot breakfast provided thanks to pandemic-era restrictions. Parking lot was not as well lit as it could've been and seemed sketchy with far too many people wandering around after midnight. No shade toward staff for choosing to wear gloves/masks for themselves but the plexiglass screens in the lobby look more ghetto than sanitary--it's almost 3 years into the existence of COVID, it's time to get rid of those so you don't look like a cheap takeout place with bulletproof glass. The visual appearance of the exterior and common areas was not welcoming but the room was a pleasant surprise.

You should train Sharon Mobely NOT to be rude to quests and NOT to yell at guests on the phone. Further, whomever the African American male that worked with her on 9/22 (AM) was quite rude and disrespectful as he made faces and sly remarks about my private matters.

Did not like anything. When I originally showed up I found out that the hotel, canceled my room and gave it to someone else with no notifications. Then proceeds to tell me to leave when I had a reservation books since July. The hotel also made me pay the same price as a 2 bed room and not a 1 bed room when they downgraded us for no reason.

I had to check out a day early and when I spoke to Todd as I was checking out I requested a refund for the night I did not use, he told me to request it through Orbitz. Orbitz was going to process the refund but when they called Todd he refused to allow them to, and said there won’t be a refund. This was after he told me I could go through Orbitz for the refund and I checked out.

Great rooms…we arrived at 4pm…check in was 3pm …told room wasn’t ready and it would lake at least 40 minutes….we were in room by 5 pm….it was suggested we could go get supper or wait in car! Very frustrating we had been on road for 9 1/2 hours and just wanted to get in our room. I did feel for front desk person and cleaning lady BUT would have been nice to have a discount or free room or something for our trouble!
