Room was filled with roaches

Worst experience ever. No even shampoo, terrible

Expect nothing except an actual bed in a room with a door. Too open the door you have to push the handle down and then pull up and then push the door in. You get exactly two towels in the room and if you want any extra or clean ones you have to pay for them. This is not like any other extended stay hotel that I've ever stayed in. You don't even get a box of tissues in your room. If you forget shampoo soap any of the normal things you get when you in a hotel you don't get them here. You can't even get ABC on their television. The floors are disgusting. This morning I woke up to roaches crawling on the TV. The smell in there I think is a mildew smell but not positive. The only positive thing I could say is the mattress didn't squeak. You go out any door to go outside and people are smoking all around you and all of the grounds look like an ashtray with cigarette buds every which way. The first night there, there were two guys smoking up behind the building. And the lady at the front desk isn't the politest person to say the least. Parking area is definitely not safe. I would never let a single kid out of my sight for any second anywhere on this property.

Hotel was filthy and really smelly. Drug addicts all over the place. It’s sad that the front desk manager let us check in knowingly that the room was smelly and wet. Worst experience ever.

Unfortunately, I was unpleased with the state of this property. As a frequent traveler, I have a high tolerance for items awaiting repair or slight inconveniences, but this property is in need of a complete over-haul. The fold out couch in the room was extremely old and falling apart. You can clearly see where it was patched up with brown tape. The mattress on the double size bed was uncomfortable and should be replaced. The carpet is worn in the rooms and down the hallways. There's literally holes worn in the carpet. The building may have mold issues as well. My family experienced respiratory problems the day after. The check in was super easy and the staff was very nice. The pool was clean and inviting. There's really no food on the property but there are options close by. Good luck!

I sent my teenage son to the front desk to get some towels because there were three of us in the room with the description stated sleep up to six people. When he asked for it he was refused. I sent him back down and he stated that there are three of us and not enough towels and rags. He gave my son a set and said next time we would have to pay a few for it. So do we need to start bringing our own towels if we can’t even be accommodated with them for the amount of people in our room?

Do not recommend! Dirty smelly hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is the worst place they charge for everything pot internet cleaning towels. The food smells linger for days.

Hotel has a funny smell. Elevator smells like weed. No blankets for the sofa bed with 3 people checked into the room. Sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. Cabinets and kitchen “table” are literally slanted. No breakfast even though the Expedia website said they had breakfast. No ice. Floor is dirty. Room smells musty/moldy. No toiletries in bathroom.

The entire building smells terrible! Rooms are not very clean. They had coffee and muffin for breakfast only - I wish I know it before ordering…

TV kept cutting out, clipping. It was not resolved. Morning grab and go needs to be severely updated. It's horrible!

The room had lots of roaches.

The Hotel overall needs a deep clean. Carpets were dirty, walls needs repainting. Caulking in the bathroom was coming off. Mattress to sofa bed looked unsanitary and had no extra bedding or pillows, knowing it was a family of 4 in the room. I would've left but decided just to ride it out. At check-in, I saw sign saying no smoking with 100ft within the entrance which I made clerk aware. I told him that's funny since as I walked in there were at least 4 people right outside door smoking. He said, some people don't follow rules. Won't stay at another Extended Stay again.

The stay was fine. We only stayed 1 night thought we would be staying 2 night. The breakfast was awful. No toast or waffle maker. No fresh fruits. The room was nice and clean.

Looks good from the outside, but the inside needs upgrading. This property has that old, wet dog smell—the elevator stinks. Their pullout bed is old and uncomfortable. Worse, the mattress has stains and needs replacing. We had to go to the front office to get the bedding/pillow for the pullout mattress and carry it back to our room. The receptionist had to go to their laundry room and, one by one, look for the bedsheet, blanket, pillowcases, etc., in the washed laundry pile. It's disappointing because of its location; this property would have been awesome. Not even considering staying here in the future at all.

This was a great bargin and the area was full of food options

Not the best reception. An unexpected guess was waiting for us ( see the foto). No bed items available for the couch by the check-in, we have to wait 20min. before be able to use it. It was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling (coming from 3rd. floor).

I liked that it was close to the airport. However, the room we were in smelled very bad. It smelled like dog pee. (We don’t have any pets) The couch/2nd bed for the kids, only had a mattress on it, it did not have pillows, bed sheets or blankets. It was ok for 1 night, however i would not stay here again.

The property was shabby and not well kept up. The common areas had seen better days.

The halls smell terrible as well as the rooms. Opened the sofa bed and mattress had no sheets. The mattress had stains all over it. Completely disgusting. Will not stay here ever again.

Breakfast options could do better.

There was supposed to be an included breakfast, but they offered nothing. The place did not look at all like the photos. There was mold in the ceiling and overall the place was shabby at best. I expect some money back for no breakfast.

Property under construction/ renovation half painted. In disarray. Lots of bumping and banging going on within the property . Will never stay here again

I am not sure if it is a difference in staffing between the two buildings... but this hotel is very lazy. Not only do the halls wreak of dog piss the rooms are never cleaned properly. You pay for amenities that are barely available and there is no sense of pride when staying here. I am very disappointed in my stay.

I Did not like it, the smell of the room. The carpet make sick 😷.
