We had an amazing time! We felt extremely safe. The room was very clean and sanitary. We left for a moment to go out and when we came back, our room was nicely cleaned and our belongings were not touched. Very friendly and polite staff. We will definitely be staying here again.

The Volcano view suite was amazing. It was right near the Main Street and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The staff (porter, driver, reception) were exceptional. The room comes with a hot tub that has views of the volcano. The breakfast is down at the main hotel which requires a 10-15 minute walk. The walk there is downhill but uphill on the way back to your room.

The perfect spot away from the crowds but in the best location. They help you with luggage so no need to worry. Beautiful and clean, a refreshing pool and delightful breakfast to start the day.
