gave us exactly what we wanted. two shuttles and clean comfortable room

Very dated and expensive for what you get

The shuttle driver was wonderful. He drove us to and from dinner, made a dinner recommendation, and was friendly and kind. Staff the first night was great, and checkin was easy. The front desk staff the second day was rude and spent most of the time on her phone. Breakfast was okay - they were out of food by 8am and trying to make more to keep up with the crowd. The room was nice size with a table and two chairs. The bed average. It could have been cleaner - there was something suspicious on the bathroom wall and the corners of the bedroom and bathroom floors needed attention. The walls are very thin. The shower had very low water pressure. Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay.

First off the registrar ANTIONE was unable to process my credit card payment and basically told me it was my problem and that I should USE A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD which was BS. The property is old and shabby and the room that I paid over $200 for was TRASH! I would NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. The jacuzzi and pool are NASTY AND MOLDY. This property needs a COMPLETE RENOVATION!

Great location convenient to everything in Fort Lauderdale. The property is older and somewhat dated but is generally clean and well maintained, with two exceptions: the elevator is small and slow and the toilet in our room was difficult to flush.

The best thing was the front desk staff at check in. After that, it was all downhill. Rooms are okay and need a little updating. Any amenities are non-existent. There was a half ounce bar of soap and not even a soap dish to place it on after use. The shower handle couldn’t even be moved to turn on because it was tightened so tight to prevent dripping . Clearly, that had been happening for quite a while based on the hard water stain on the tub. The water saving shower head provided so little pressure it wouldn’t even rinse shampoo from your hair without filling a cup with water to pour directly over your head. Add the slow draining tub and sink which both were retaining water and it was pretty disgusting. It also explains why there is an overwhelming smell of sewage and mold throughout the hotel. I called to the front desk and asked for help with the issues. I was told they would send someone up shortly. I called back 30 minutes later. The same man answered and said he was just going to call and ask if we still needed help, that HE was getting ready to come up and check the shower. In effect, their front desk clerk is also the maintenance man, who doesn’t have time to check on problems with the property because he is busy checking people in.Breakfast was supposed to be included but there were too few chairs and too little food for the number of people there. For a $300 per night hotel, there should be working plumbing. Pool had leaves covering the bottom. Very dirty looking.

Always the best

The hotel is in a convenient airport location. It is also easy to walk, or even better take the free hotel shuttle to the nearby restaurants and shopping area. They also provide a complimentary shuttle from the airport and a private shuttle to the cruise terminal. The staff driving the shuttle are extremely helpful getting you where you need to go. The main drawback is there is only one elevator for such a busy hotel, especially with the amount of luggage cruise passengers have! The breakfast buffet line was at a standstill due to a very slow refill of the hot items. The hotel setting was quiet and clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Arrived late, waited for check in for about 10 min. Good choice for cruise.

Ben, the airport bus driver was extremely polite & helpful with my luggage. Steve in maintenance was efficient in attending rapidly & repairing a faucet a faucet problem.

Waited an unending amount of time for the airport shuttle. The driver was excellent. David slow because of road works. Marguerite at reception was thoughtful,most helpful & efficient. Airline lost my suitcase. Very stressful time as going on a cruise in the “Emperor’s new suit!!!”

Desperately needs update and major interior renovations.

I was only one night. And they stole some things from me. They broke the glass of my truck. I complained and no one saw anything, not even the cameras. I left discouraged. I will not return to this hotel. Since I am a technician and I travel south of Fort Lauderdale every month.

Great location. Big room. If you don't have a car you can walk within 19 minutes to get food. Standard breakfast. It's by no means a Hilton but very decent for what you pay. We used this hotel the night before we went on a cruise.

Great hotel on a waterway. Wonderful staff. Free shuttle to and from airport and they even shuttles us to a restaurant 1 mile from hotel. Comfortable room. Great breakfast

The handicap room they gave me was on the third floor in the middle of a long corridor. In case of fire, scary!!

Needs some updates to the rooms . Pool chairs should be replaced. Breakfast ok - need more protein choices . Brandon at the front desk was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with .

Elevator was not working. Shuttle don’t start early enough for us. Had to rent a Lyft. Selected the hotel because it had a shuttle. Boo

The worst hotel of my life and I’m not kidding . This place was nasty , had nothing that it advertised … no hot tub, no airport shuttle which was the worst part! Had to pay 50 dollars for a 2 minutes Uber because of this. And lastly we couldn’t sleep at all because the walls are literally paper thin , you can literally hear the people next door talking and having a convo or their tv .. DONT NOT STAY HERE

Ok little congesto

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the ease of airport shuttle transportation. The staff member on the phone was not able to give clear directions on where to go for the shuttle. We needed to call multiple times for clarity. Once we knew where to go, we watched the shuttle drive away before we could get up to it and when we asked to have them circle back we were told to find other transportation because they wouldn’t come back. The bathroom had a ton of tiny bugs and overall the room did not feel to be cleanly.

Pros..shuttle service excellent even when running one shuttle down, staff very friendly and helpful, close to airport, bed was comfortable Cons..checking was for 3 but waiting 2 hrs for our room to be ready in dining room with the room packed, breakfast mediocre at best, eggs watery, hard to find a place to sit, hotel is definitely run down and not the cleanest. No extra sheets or blanket for pull out sofa. Unfortunately will not be staying at this name brand hotel in future.

There was issues with key access to our room. Two trips to the front desk and still no resolution. Maintenance met us at the door to reset the card lock system and found someone else already in the room! Returned to the front desk and was assigned a new room and key card worked fine on that room. Complimentary breakfast was average quality.

Suite was not as advertised. No couch. Air did not work. Breakfast ran out of eggs, sausage, fruit, forks, did not restock for over 45 minutes. Toaster did not work.ice machine did not work.

Expedia reservation had issues even though the flight arrived late & informed the hotel. The reservation was cancelled and ai struggled to find a hotel by mid night with 3 minir kids.

The roach crawled out the paper towel holder in the bathroom. The night clerks show each other more than they show the guest.no greetings or empathy for guests who travel without credit cards. Guest were asleep in lobby…

Every single person on staff we had the privilege to meet was extremely friendly and helpful- right from the shuttle driver to our check out manager. Will definitely stay here if ever in the Ft Lauderdale area again. Highly recommended. Loved the in room recliner!!!!
