We have stayed at same name hotels before and hence this reservation but NO kitchen supplies, coffee, tea, cups,etc. in room. Staff did not tell us we had to ask for them. When got coffee maker, no coffee filters and coffee was loose grinds. No decaff coffee or tea offered. Had to ask for 2 mugs and no creamer given with coffee so unable to use coffee maker after all.
Breakfast was a joke, We have always enjoyed a hot BF at other ESA hotels, but there were oatmeal packets that we had to use coffee cups to eat out of and packaged muffins. Had to wait about 10 minutes to check out as staff were multitasking and no-one at the desk and very poor attitude of most staff. At least it was quite so got a good night's rest after a shower BUT again no shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the unit. Only 2 small pieces of soap. Very upset at the whole experience.

Convenient place to stay when you need to overnight before an LAX flight. Hotel looks in good condition on the outside. Rooms are showing their age, but clean. Located at the edge of a light industry and office area. Fairly quiet. Most noise came from elsewhere in the hotel.

Beautiful place. Great location. Try to park in the street for free or you will have to pay $44/night for parking. My only complaint was that they had a universal room temperature for all the hotel rooms. I could not adjust my room temp, which is strange. My family and I were cold and had to request more blankets.

Room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Reported this to staff, and she sweetly stated she would pass that information on to management.
Room had been cleaned. Carpet was pretty gross. Not a horrible stay, but not great. Got the job done.

The couch bed had urine stains. Blood stains, totally unclean and unsanitary. The bathroom was dirty. None of the plug outlets work in the room. We had to change rooms no manager on site when we change rooms we wasn’t upgraded or nothing.

Late night check in was almost a complete nightmare. Had an incredibly rude interaction with one employee (first initial A). Was made to wait 30 minutes to check in due to a computer issue - understandable. Had to fight to be allowed to remain in the building while I waited (it was 1 AM, cold, and I am a solo female traveler). A had announced she was all alone and I’d need to be outside - I asked her to reconsider and she walked off with a scoff and slammed the back door.
20 minutes later I was helped by Jasmin and she was wonderful and kind. While Jasmin was great, it clearly showed A was never alone and didn’t have a reason to kick me out.
Room overall was not very clean and had a strange smell. Does not look like the photos.

Stayed in unit 321 with a kitchen for 4 days. Room was small, worn & shoddy. Lower wire shelf unit by door was falling off the wall. The hooks were not installed level so no way to keep it attached. Cabinets were all worn out. Microwave was very rusty. Sink was rusty. Stove was very old & looked unsafe to use.
Bathroom had tub replaced or refinished & new surround but they put new counter & sink on the old ugly vanity

Staff was extremely friendly! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and really comfortable and we slept well because it was very quiet.

The Rooms smelt bad we slept with the window opened because of the strong musty smell. The carpet was dirty and hair in the bathroom. We had to wipe everything down with lysol. The Door handle came off of the door snd no onsite maintenance. Couldn't sleep because of the loud airplanes, people outside hanging out and police sirens.

Loved the price! It was located in a nicer and safer area in town. Check in was easy. But I was bummed by the cleanliness and condition of the property. Room had a very strong old carpet odor. The floor/carpet did not feel clean. The shower curtain and the closet curtain were dirty. bathroom seemed very cheap and old.

You have to change your own sheets and Towels they do not clean your room . It was a disaster .

Room lock did not work; cramped or non-existent parking if you have even small trailer, broken windows--not even taped or covered, people sitting and smoking all day in their cars in the parking lot: While several employees were at least a little helpful, the condition of the facility was third world.

The lady at the front desk initially said to leave cuz she can not check us in due to the time she swore it was (12 a.m) but me and my boyfriend made her acknowledge that it was actually 11 p.m then she switched her story to she’s new and doesn’t know how to check people in “her bad”

Was in a pinch and needed a place to,stay. Used hotels.com and decided on this hotel for the price.
I was extremely surprised how nice and clean it was. The staff was great and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Flophouse for near homeless
Needed to contact lobby manager severs times due to noise of adjoining room. Needed to place a towel under door to avoid smell of marijuana smoke from outside the door. Upon leaving at 6:30am, lobby doors locked no one in site!

The room was dirty. I alerted the front desk. When I came back, the table was kinda dirty.
No elevator. If you're staying on the 2nd floor and you have a heavy suitcase, you're out of luck.
When I was there, it rained, the hallway was slippery and I slipped and fell.

My room was disgusting. As soon as I opened my door I got a strong smell of cigarettes. There was splashes of food on the fridge. The sheets didn’t seem clean. There was even a stain on the sheets that looked like blood. I had to spray Lysol to get rid of the smell and wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes. I even checked the room to make sure there wasn’t any bed bugs because I wasn’t sure.

First time at extended stay facility. Check in staff was okay but check out staff did not respond to morning greeting. She asked for the keys to room. Found out at check in that if we needed new sheets and towels, that soiled sheets/towels have to be returned by us and then clean ones will be issued. This facility is very old and the carpet needs to be removed and replaced. I believe the musty smell and dust was in the carpet. I will never recommend this facility to anyone. My brother has mobility issues and the room was on the second floor and there are no elevators. Even the areas outside the building are dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only things we weren’t to happy about was the bathroom sink and the bathtub were backing up, so your standing in dirty soapy water while showering, and when brushing your teeth or washing your hands, all the dirty water was in the sink. When we pulled the sofa bed out, there was old candy on the mattress.

Convenient location is its best feature. The room was adequate, but had a marijuana odor. Parking was mostly full at night. Room and property seemed very worn down compared to their other locations. Overall, needs upgrading to compete with the other hotel choices in the area.

I check in and went to the room. I was tire and it was so cold in the room, so I turned the air off and jumped in the shower, when came out of the bathroom and couldn’t figure out what that horrible odor was, then I looked around and the was dog pee on the floor underneath the table, I called the office and expressed my concerns. The young lady rudely said “well I gave you and upgrade from a Queen to a King (in which I didn’t request) and I don’t have any other rooms available, you will have to change your room tomorrow.
I am on several medications for allergies, heart, blood pressure etc, I didn’t like her tone or her response, I am not very familiar with Los Angeles or the location so I had to turn the air conditioner back on to very cold and I sleep deep under the cover and certainly check out before time. I left the property clean and I would like to have a full refund. Also, upon my check out I spoke with Jessica at the front desk and expressed my concerns and she told me to notify Expedia.
My only delay in this message is that I have been dealing with my brother’s death and I didn’t need the added stress

I have been to this Hotel in different locations, and I am shocked at how horrible this location 📍 is. I have read other reviews from two months ago, and it seems like nothing has been improved. We arrived to the area that was surrounded by trash and dirt. There was No upkeep of the property. We walked into the room it smelled of marijuana. The mattress on the sofa bed was dirty. The kitchenette was not supplied with pots, pans, or dishes. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, and the stopper for the tub was broken. The water barely comes out of the bathroom sink.I will never stay at this location again because from reading the reviews from two months ago, we are paying a significant amount of money, and our needs are not being met with excellent service.

We arrived at the hotel at 1:30AM after a delayed flight. Once we were in the lobby we were told we couldn’t check in due to an audit the computer was running and it would be 15 minutes. We waited in the lobby until 4:30AM to get a room. We couldn’t even cancel the reservation. We couldn’t even book another hotel at that hour on Hotels.com.
