Safe and quiet

It was a good place. Staff was good. Food was excellent. All in all above average

The room was not clean floor had lots of dirt bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly was not impressed

The food at croffle was amazing. It out room wasn’t cleaned when we checked in so we had to be moved to another room. And just a sketchy place in general

at 3 in the morning was a guy passed out in hallway and noise of 2 others trying to get him up went on for hour first 2 rooms had no heat in them 3rd one the heat did work

Restaurant on site, bed was comfortable. Price was good

It is a nice hotel with good staff

Room never got cleaned between nights. Had to get a plunger at 4:30 in the morning to unplug toilet. Was told they would check it in the morning never did. Was offered $10 for the inconvenience. Checked with another guest and their room was cleaned daily. Front desk staff could of cared less! Don’t stay here if you expect customer service!

Room was very clean and well kept. Bath tub drain was broken. Front desk was notified. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was not free. Paid. Good sleep.

Very convenient and quiet place

I enjoyed my stay and the front desk man I forget his name but whoever was working October 1 evening shift was a top notch guy and super welcoming. He called me a cab as well as I didn’t know the area well. Room was clean and tidy but overall it was a great stay and the guy working front desk that evening went above and beyond for me ! Thank you

The carpets are ready for the landfill. I try not to feel grossed out standing on a dirty stained carpet. But, yuck. The rooms are old but the bed was comfortable except for the shrinky-dink pillows. Weird for a king sized bed. Windows do not open and air is loud. Staff were quite good and conference food well presented and tasty but asking for onion free meal got me a salad roll and fruit. I think it was vegan and gluten free. My friend uses a wheel chair and booked an accessible room. Upon arrival she was informed they did not have any of that type of room. She had to find another hotel.

It was in the right city.

Rough part of town, in a strip mall with bars. People loitering outside. Doors lock at 10pm Pool was closed for our visit. Hair in the sheets, bathroom was clean. Carpets throughout were very dirty.

My stay was fine. The staff was kind and helpful. The property itself is a little old/run down and dirty. The furniture in my room was very used and should be replaced. Desk chair was coming apart.

Property needs Reno’s. AC didn’t work, beds were uncomfortable, dingy . Would not recommend this property.

The staff were friendly, the property was terrible, no elevator, the heater in the room was broken and the room was very cold and the hot water wasn’t working. The restaurant was very poorly managed with long wait times for service and poor quality in every regard.

Hotel options were minimal the night we stayed in Red Deer due to the National Rodeo being in town. If you are travelling with children, this hotel is not for you. 1. Hotel rooms say they are non-smoking; but stink of stale smoke. 2. To access rooms, you need to climb stairs as there is no elevator. Although, I appreciate the opportunity to exercise; hauling language up and down late at night and early morning is not my idea of a fun workout. 3. I typically like to book hotels that offer breakfast when travelling for work or for a sports competition. This is because I usually need to be somewhere by 7/8am. This hotel’s breakfast doesn’t open until 7am which is late for most hotels (most open at 6am/6:30am) and it’s not a continental breakfast. Instead we were offered a breakfast “rice bowl.” Save yourself the misery!!!! When we arrived, police were asking for video surveillance and a guy was repeatedly trying to rent a room with no photo ID with his ass cheek (and I literally mean his full ass - forget underwear ) hanging out. We arrived late and the front staff were tired; over worked and unhappy. The property is attached to a casino and a red arrow bus line. It would have been nice to have this information at time of booking- as it would have impacted my decision to book. Quality Inn = Low Quality Its only saving grace is its location. There’s lots of restaurants and fast food drive thrus around to make up for the dismal breakfast offered.

Unfortunaly the room we booked into had problems. Tv did not work and phone had no dial tone. The staff were fantastic and up graded us to a different room. Never been in such a lovely room. No problems there. I will definatly book here any time I am in Red Deer.

The Avis Car Rental was handy. Reception desk had a very poor attitude. Great at saying "sorry" but not offering help. Very old building and as a result very noisy - both in hallway and from adjacent rooms.

We didn’t go for breakfast anymore after we experienced but other than that it was a comfortable sleep.
