It was a very nice experience the housekeeper were the best. Molly took care of our room and she did an amazing job. The breakfast bars were well stocked during breakfast and it was very clean. The food was very good.

Hotel under construction. Arrived too early to check in. Waited until a room opened up after the front desk requested staff get started to make up our room. Good stay.

First time having my family stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Great experience for all of us. I recommend for all families with little ones.

The pool wasn’t in service

There was quite a bit of road noise, but thats expected for being just off the highway. The hotel staff were great, rooms clean and comfortable. I would definately stay again.

Room was excellent, clean, and up graded. Did not care for the Dove soap and loation. Did like the Keurig coffee maker in room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel and room smelled clean was free from damage or stains. The free breakfast was tasty and well made.

No pool no hot tub no internet

Great place to stay. Staff nice and always had a smile on there face. Breakfast was great. Loved the coffe maker.

Proximity to freeway - loud traffic noise - kept us up all night. Nice, clean hotel, nice clean room.

We're very disappointed that the pool was closed. Nothing was said about that when we made reservations. Having a pool was one of the deciding factors on choosing this hotel.

Only complaint was the pool and hot tub were out of order. It would have been nice to know that upfront before booking. They were very accommodating by arranging for us to use the Pool nearby at the Best Western. Other than that it was a wonderful stay

Great place to stay away from home

This hotel was very clean, the room was a nice size, breakfast had variety and was good. Staff was friendly.

Part of hotel being renovated, pool was closed, our room was renovated 3 years ago and in good condition. Convenient location, heavy traffic. Lots of nearby restaurants, coffee, & other activities.

Amazing breakfast!

Pool was out of commission- we had planned on the little cousins all coming over from surrounding areas for family time. Had we known we would have made other plans.

Did not know the property was under renovation and the pool area was closed when I booked. Everything else was great.

Upon arrival, I was told that there had been an issue with the room I booked and I immediately expected the worst. Instead, I was told my room had been upgraded and that a rollaway bed would also be accommodated for my family of 4. When we got into the room, there wasn’t a great space for the rollaway bed, so we moved the pullout couch slightly and discovered and small bit of pizza crust behind the couch; then when pulling out the bedding for the pullout couch, it had one of those swimsuit sanitary stickers stuck to a sheet. Overall, it’s been a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, bathroom is clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion for them would be to pay attention to the little details in their housekeeping.

property was clean and comfortable. And had a good breakfast. I had specifically chosen this hotel over others in the area and paid more because it had a pool and hot tub. When we arrived and checked in there was a big sign posted saying the pool and hot tub were not open due to construction.
