Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, waffles, plus continental items like oatmeal, danishes, muffins, yogurt, fruit, etc.). Great experience!

Overall, the hotel was okay, but we weren’t there all that much. It was really just a place to lay our heads at night. That being said, it wasn’t super clean (food left in the refrigerator, price tags found on floor, numerous curly hairs found on “clean” towels, for example). The breakfast was okay, and the staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful.

Pros: 1) the front desk staff were nice 2) it was not the worst hotel we have stayed in
Cons: major road noise, room was musty, electric outlets did not work properly (causing a challenge for my husband to use his CPAP machine), no USB outlets, well worn mattress, poor breakfast. Nearly all breakfast items were wrapped in plastic and full of sugar. OJ tasted off, maybe spoiled. The "fresh" stuff did not look appetizing (greasy meat and potatoes, possibly powdered eggs). I was hoping for a couple hard boiled eggs or cooked oatmeal, nope. I ate an apple. For $111 we were hoping for a comfy, clean night of sleep and basic breakfast. This was not it.

Expedia said checkin time was 2 pm when we got here the front desk said it was 3. Why wouldn’t builders when building next to an interstate not put sound barriers up so you don’t hear every vehicle that drives by? The pillows on the beds were child size, half the normal size of a standard pillow. The rooms were a nice size.

The property itself was great. Good Location, Very Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. The only thing preventing 5 stars was the staff. Upon arriving the guy at the front desk barely said a word because he was too busy eating his fruit loops and acted as if I was bothering him. Literally asked me my last name and that was it.
The lady running and maintaining the breakfast area was the same way. The area was very well taken care of but two mornings in a row I said 'Good Morning' and all I got was a dirty look. She never said a word. Get a staff with some personality and you'll have alot more business because the place itself is great

Nice cozy hotel. Clean room. Good price for the room.
Had breakfast but limited food items. Had foot stool in bedroom had faint stain. Floor in dinning area was sticky.
Overall decent hotel.

Check in guy was nice. Lampshade in room had giant holes in it, shower was ehh. The cleaning lady closed the breakfast an hour early on Sunday so she could clean, then argued with me about what time it closed when there is a sign posted at the entrance…

We were greeted by a staff member and check in when mommy got to our room. The heating system was off completely so the room was at most 50°. Additionally, there were no extra blankets. The water was HOT which was nice but be careful if traveling with children so they don’t get scalded.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel and rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast was good but they were out of a few things when we came down for breakfast and it wasn't close to the time for breakfast to be done. Would stay here again.

The bed was firm, but the worst part was that the tub and sink drained extremely slowly. Said something on Saturday. Told that it had been fixed, but it wasn't. Told them again on checkout and acted like they didn't know anything about it. The good is that the hotel and rooms are clean, and you can tell that they take pride in the cleanliness of the hotel.

Everything was good, nice and quiet and I slept great. I would only suggest that they clean the outer patio area of cobwebs and cigarette butts more often, and add another place to sit besides the one bench.

The only thing they had for breakfast was eggs gravy and bagels and barely any coffee we had to have them switch our room when we first got there cause it was filthy and left unlocked I need security cleanliness and breakfast

The only negative was that the pool was closed. I wanted an outside pool and I guess they close the pool after Labor Day. My suggestion would be to put that on the website.

The staff was friendly. The hotel itself is disappointing. For starters, when we first went to the room the door was unlocked and propped open.The room smelled funny. It wasn't as clean as it should be and the spread on one of the beds had a wet stain on it. The pillows had no support. I noticed the door was sagging. It seemed to lock ok but looked unsecure. The carpeting in the hallway had bad stains on it and looked really old. The breakfast was good though.

Stayed for a week. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast and wifi were excellent. However, the toilet tank had a tendency to run most of the time.

The staff were very nice, accommodating. Breakfast was typical and blah but we ate it and started our days with full bellies. Always hot coffee. Our room was large and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.
