We were checked in very quickly with no complications. After making it up to our room we noticed issues. Smoke detextor was beeping and a window was cracked and stuck open(it was 30 degrees out). Made a call down to the desk and we were able to switch rooms, again it was simple and quick. Once in the new room we noticed that the smoke detector was just hanging and bare wires showing. The room was also not cleaned well. Counters had dirt on them, the chair had dirt on it, floors with gross dirty and sticky things. Bathroom soaps were open and already used. Tub was not cleaned. Trash in the bathroom still had trash in it. Bed was made and looked to be new clean sheets. At that point it was midnight and it was the last room availble so we stayed.

I am used to this hotel. Everything is fine by me. Very convenient and walkable to everything.

Was on a trip placed reservation knew was not gonna be good when I arrived forensic unit was at location. When I arrived at room there was a bad smell and no blanket to cover with at night did not even stay the night asked to change room and no other room available tried to stay but midway thru the night I could not take it so I checked out and left will recomend never to stay here save your money.

The little, Hispanic girl, I think she is the manager, is rude, snotty, and dismissive. Being in guest relations you would think that she would know how to treat people with respect.

I have never written a bad review about a hotel, until now. When I made the reservation, it was last minute after a long day of patients. I deduced to stay over as I had an early morning for the next two days and forgo the hour commute. This reservation was made a few hours before I showed up. When I arrived to the room, carpet was torn and filthy. The bed was made but when I pulled back the covers, there was hair and dirt on the sheets and something was splattered across the headboard. They offered to bring me new sheets so I can change the bed. I did phone Expedia who spoke with the hotel property and they were supposed to issue a full refund for the two days but they did not. They issued a refund of only $80. I called the manager again but it doesn’t appear that I will get my money back. It appears that people live in this hotel and it is not kept up very well. The odor in the hallway is overwhelming and the room was heavily stenched. Had I known then what I knew now, I would have spent the extra money on a nicer hotel. It was supposed to be just a couple of nights to have a place to lay my head after long days that began early. I cannot stress enough to stay away from unless you’re utterly desperate.

Someone played music all night. Management did nothing. Room dirty, outdated and smelly. Construction tearing up street outside. Hotel mgmt didnt bother to set up signs to help customers navigate how to access property.
