Great welcome by staff!

The elevator access was tiny, more like entering a closet to catch the elevator. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the hallway was fairly freshly painted and carpeted, however the colors were dark. Like dark greys and black. Not very inviting and frankly a little too dark and scary while coming in at night. My bathroom sink had a few stains and so did the only chair in the room. I would suggest not having upholstered chairs as they stain.

The stay was good but the door jammed when trying to open it. It took five minutes to get into the room.

It’s overall fine. Clean and quiet. The front desk could use additional staff from 4-6 in the afternoon. It was a long wait to check in, only one person working.

Our room was near the pool and the noise from the pool area could be heard easily from our room. Guests stayed in the hallway talking until we called the Front Desk agent who did an excellent job of handling the situation. Very poor sound proofing in the hotel.

Room was clean beds where nice and breakfast was great

The room was tight, the carpet was pulling away from the floor seam, lots of rusty metal in the bathroom, the parking availability was horrendous. The worst part of it all was that the front desk called our room and told me that someone had complained about our dogs saying that they were whining. I asked them what time it reportedly happened and they couldn’t tell me. I told them I had been with them and didn’t know what they were talking about. The girl then said “you need to be with your dogs”. Pet friendly??? Hell no!

Hotel is run down, it smelled musty & old. The people next to us had their TV blaring ALL, and we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night to allow my 14 year old some sleep before her 3 day volleyball tournament. The room we got moved into smelled of musty & damp. I had to open the window to allow fresh air to help clear the smell. Probably the worse stay ever.

This hotel is dingy and run down. The pillows are as hard as a rock. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every door open and close in the entire hallway.

The service was good, everything was clean enough, the breakfast was great. The parking lot is not great, especially if you have a dog (there's no real green area for them to do their business), but the worst was the noise level. We had people next to us and we could hear every word of their conversation and what they were watching on TV. I called the front desk at midnight, and she called the room and asked them to keep it down which was nice, but they were up until 3:30am. I wish the walls had some insulation to block some of that noise, you can hear everything.

The staff was good. Our room was clean. The hotel seemed dated. The paint was chipped, there was a whole in the bathroom wall that had not been painted. We went to the pool, no towels. This stay was not as good as we usually find at La Quinta.

Bad water pressure, slow solo check in, musty smell, burnt out bed light.

Great place for kids!

The room was fine. Clean and comfortable…But I was in a room with a door to room next door, and I could hear EVERYTHING. The folks next door weren’t being noisy, but I could hear all of their conversations and one if them had a serious cough. I felt like I was sharing a room with them. I had work to do, which requires medical dictation, that I was not able to do due to privacy concerns. I paid $140 for a one person room…that I had to be super quiet with phone calls and couldn’t work because I am sure they could hear me like I could hear them. I reserved a room this coming week at the same time I reserved this room and wish I had opted for the extra $10 so I could cancel. Stayed here once before and couldn’t get internet to work and the elevator was broken when I tried to go downstairs in the morning. I have a leg injury and the stairs were a struggle to go get some breakfast, and then up and down again to pack up and check out.

It’s a good enough place to sleep

Very accommodating and spontaneous offer of late checkout when we arrived late. Nice and quiet with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms Strongly recommended

Room was very clean and well appointed.

We flew into Oregon to bury my dad, who had passed away days earlier. Well, trying to get ready for a burial and get his affairs in order, the hotel lost power for 8 hours. It was impossible to do anything, including shower with no lights.

Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast selection was wonderful.

Tv didn’t work nobody willing to fix

Stayed there as we waited for our movers that were coming the next day. They are pet friendly. Breakfast was great!

The walls seemed a little thin, but other than that the stay was good. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. All in all a good stay for a quick trip!

The other guests were disrespectful and were loud running down the halls and yelling at a late hour as well as 5 am people yelling outside. And all night we were hearing someones extremely loud tv, we had our 10 month The old that kept getting woken up by other loud guests. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again.

Room had hair, dirt, and wall scratches/marks. People were screaming in the hallway early in the morning and the rooms are not soundproof at all.

Their heater was broken in 20 degree weather with freezing rain. Despite paying a substantial amount for one night they could not accommodate for safe weather conditions.
