Wonderful stay!

Check in took about 30 minutes becuase employees didn’t know how to use the system. Hotel smells bad. Our linens were stained and when I called to have it replaced we had to go to front desk to pick it up and they gave us one sheet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. We had three rooms and some checked out becuase they couldn’t sleep in that disgusting place

There was no coffee pot in the road. No sheets for pull out bed and the room was very small

Basic accommodations. Check in was easy. No billing surprises. Room was clean. Wifi worked. Hotel was quiet. Parking was easy, plentiful and free. No frills, but that is what we wanted. Will stay again.

There is no breakfast option as an advertised. It was terrible experience.

10 years ago I tried ESA, it was fine, so I tried again in my trip to DC. This time I felt really terrible. The smell was bad that you may notify different food in different day and time in the hall way. No blanket in the bed and you have to ask front desk. It said free breakfast in booking time, but only coffee was provided with a couple of muffin. I believe I will not choose ESA again in any of their location in the future.

I came here as a last minute resort when I locked myself out of my house late at night. Good price for this area. Although the building is showing it’s age, it was acceptable for a quick stay.

The location and price were good. The fridge was very noisy in our room and the room had a stale smell.

The people were very nice. The desk person had to do laundry (which seems very nasty on management's part) but she still provided great customer service. I came in early and just wanted to see if any rooms happen to be available since I just flew 18 hours to get there. While no rooms were available immediately, she had me check back a couple hours later and there was a room. I really appreciated her help. Plus she was fun to talk to as I waited for her to check availability.

Bathroom exhaust fan not working! I have spoken to the front office and he stated he will address this issue tomorrow(*I don’t think they will address them for a long time!) Queen size bed seems too small! We will be checking out tomorrow am.

Not enough breackfast

Dirty room stained sheets used gloves on top of the tables, I tried to speak 4 times with the supervisor and I did not find a terrible answer I would never recommend it

A very pleasant experience. Friendly front staff and a clean but slightly tired room (no USB plugs and dim bathroom vanity light), But quiet and comfortable and safe. Recommended,

Very comfortable and feels a lot like home. Breakfast is a disappointment at the least.

Only one problem, family with children that were no adults to tell them about slamming, kicking and punching, doors at 2am and 3am. Then it continued before I checked out.

This hotel is clean and quiet. Located next to office buildings, there isn't much within walking distance. It is not a full service hotel, but for the price you will get a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and the checkout took me less than two minutes. It is an extended stay hotel, so there may be the smell of food cooking from nearby units. If food smells bother you, it might not be your kind of thing. Otherwise, it is a good value for the price.

I was in town for one night and stayed here. Decent place especially if you stay longer.

No extra blanket and ironing board. Asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Initially told to come get one at the front desk, which I was about to do. Then I got a call saying someone would bring it up and they never did. Had to give the bed comforter to the 3rd guest sleeping in front of the ac. The room is dated and not too clean. There were smashed bugs in the nightstand drawer. And you can hear the guests in the above room every step.

As a whole i like to stay here as per price. Just want to suggest in corridor need some wonderful smell . :)

The location is in the suburbs - a bit off the beaten path, but the peace and surroundings were appealing. Fixtures in the room were adequate, but dated, and in need of minor repairs. I did not appreciate the fact that I needed to supply a passport to get a room. I had provided my photo ID driver's license, and was told that it was not sufficient - due to it being from Canada. This is simply wrong. A passport is NOT necessary, if valid photo ID is provided. It was late, and all hotels in the area were booked, so I had no option but to give it. I will be contacting the property directly.

I had minimal interaction with staff but all were very friendly. I paid for the Deluxe Studio, 1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed, Non Smoking room, but was given a Full size bed. I did not check the sofa bed. There was no coffee pot in the room. Had to ask for one - with or without coffee? I would have guessed that since most rooms have coffee pots/coffee offered, there wouldn't be a need to. I didn't bother. The breakfast offered was only grab and go pre-packaged granola bars (all broken pieces) and muffins and coffee until 9:30 am. Coffee was good and hot. Nothing in room said it was Deluxe. There was only 1 nightstand so I had to put my phone on the floor to charge on my side. The bathroom sink faucet knob came off in my hand the first time I used it and although I got it back on, it was impossible to know what temp or even what direction we needed to move the knob. It was a guessing game for temp and intensity. Appeared clean, but that changed when our morning coffee from the lobby dripped on the floor accidentally and when we wiped it up the cloth came up with a decent amount of grime as well as coffee. The fridge/freezer appeared clean as well as the cabinets. Both the nightand and dresser that was used for a tv stand's drawers were not insalled correctly and jutted out. We avoided banging our legs on the wonky drawers. The full size bed position in the space barely left room for me to put my feet on the floor to get to the bathroom without having to climb over my partner.

Overall, I was very unhappy with the experience at this hotel fortunately it was only for a night. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
