Woman at check-in seemed very disinterested and inconvenienced that we interrupted her texting. Room was old, fixtures worn. Noted dried ketchup (I hope it was ketchup) on various surfaces in the room. But it was late, bedding was clean, mattress/frame passed flip test so we stayed. About 1:00am the guest next door decided to have a screaming verbal argument that sounded like it was I our room. Called the front desk. Said they’d call the room. 30 minutes later called again as nothing had changed. Finally after an hour hotel staff must have finally reached them as things quieted down. Morning came too soon after the middle of the night adventure and went down to the breakfast at 7:30a to watered down coffee, a waffle machine that left them raw in the middle even after double cook time and dry muffins. Decided to cut our losses and checked out. At check out the desk worker thanked us for letting him know about breakfast but suggested we should have called the police on the room disturbance. As a guest it’s not my responsibility to deal with other guests screaming at 1:30a. Live and learn, you get what you pay for. It’s a cheap stay but not worth it even at the low price.

The Expedia listing for this place needs to change. It said fridge and microwave there is neither. it says fitness center it's a couple bikes and treadmills. The breakfast was waffles, cereal and English muffins. I have a queen bed at home and felt cramped in this queen bed, don't think it's a queen! My room was a little dirty the mirror is disgusting, there are broken card swipes to enter the building. We were looking for a nice quaint little getaway during a work event in the cities. This showed good reviews and amenities when I looked. I will never be back here again and we hotel often. I should have paid the extra money for a name brand hotel like Holiday in or Marriot but being it was kind of a staycation decided here, won't make that mistake again. Also noticed they don't respond to the negative reviews only ones that make them look good, should maybe reach out to the upset people too cause they are the ones who tell people to or not to stay at your hotel.

The room smelled like weed and urine. Toilet was not functioning properly. Absolutely horrible stay.

I was put in a room that had an adjoining room wherein the door to the adjoining room would not lock. I was given another room, and upon entering that room, it was freezing cold in the room, I went to the front desk and told them I wanted to cancel my reservation because of the conditions. No apology was given and I was told I would have to call Expedia for that. Expedia advised me they would email me their response in 3 business days. No guarantees of a refund. Never again.

Nice and clean

Staff was very friendly and helpful and things were clean and efficient. Need a few things fixed like a tile just before carpet to the first floor rooms to 109-110 rooms, the faucet and pipes were loose and moving around in the shower in 110 and the bottom corner by the tub under the towel rack needs some work and the towel rack was loose and bent down like some one had hung on it or something .

Affordable and close to the airport. Location is great just s few minutes from major shopping.

It was the best Danielle at the front desk was funny. She made my stay feel like home. Definitely recommend this place.

First room wasn’t clean beds weren’t even made. Second room the cleaner was sooooo overwhelming and awful. Elevator was dirty the entire we were there.

Very noisy overnight from airport and or highway. Front desk staff very pleasant, breakfast limited. Could do with a coffee maker in the room.

Hotel has been completely renovated and they did a great job. Only negative is that the new toilet tank refilled every 15 minutes. I changed room and the same problem in new room. I suspect some of the new toilets were not installed correctly. But the newness and cleanliness were great!

The property does not pretend to be a luxury hotel. But it was clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. I don't need anything more, and would certainly stay here again if traveling this way.

My boyfriend left his wallet at the front desk by accident and someone stole money out of it. Employee at the time it happened told us cameras in the lobby didn't work due to the building being struck by lighting in July 2023. Checked with a different employee the next day and she said they work and would have the manager look through to see the footage to see who stole the money. No manager has contacted us and it has now been almost 4 days since the incident. Extremely disappointed with the service on this matter. Room was okay otherwise.

Their rooms are very clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

Wish every hotel was like this property except- little bit of road noise till 10 pm and airplane noise. Not the hotels' fault.

Not worth what i paid, no mini fridge, tried charging me a hidden fee of 61$ for nothing when i checked out, thankfully i put a card with no money and it declined, he told me it declined, i asked what it was trying to charge, and he couldn't tell me said it was a mistake in system and told me i was good to leave and would clear it with property owner

Room was nice size for price but hallway smell like cigarettes and smoke. Elevator was out of service and I have daughter on crutches.
