Extremely old and desperately needs updating. Our dishwasher, blow dryer, and safe were not working with big signs on them.

Needed a one night stay on a business trip-worked fine.

The Allure is no frills, but a great value. The desk clerk was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The was very firm and not very comfortable. The room had been cleaned just before we checked in at about 4:30 and the smell of disinfectant was strong.

I enjoyed my stay the staff was great. The only thing that wouldnof made my stay better would of been having them come in an clean the room and take garbage out and get new towels i was there foe 4 days an that never happened

Very rundown hotel. Has not been maintained. Carpets and lobby furniture badly stained. Staff friendly & helpful. Room efficiency w/kitchen, sm living room and bedroom. All in poor condition, stained and worn. Bathroom spotlessly clean and bed clean. One sm tube shampoo, one tiny bar soap. Refrigerator front completely rusted. Parking lot lighting 75% out.

2 bedroom suites with kitchen, dining area, and living room in between are great to be able to spend time with others, but still get some sleep.

An older hotel, but very clean and the desk people were exceptional. Had an upgrade to a suite and it was very large and very nice.

Seemed clean but the facilities are literally falling apart. Refrigerator door covered in rust and handle broken off, closet door wouldn't open, several electrical outlets did not work and/or we're so worn out that plugs just fell out, toilet rocked badly on the floor (loose), and much more. Plus side is that the bedding was clean and comfortable. Just TONS of deferred maintenance...

Pool did not work. Room had a funny smell. Made you sick. Ice box ran load all the time. Just was not good.

Older property, could use some updating. Beds were not as soft as I like, but enough pillows. Spacious bathroom and living room area.

Loved the hotel but we were told that the room would be cleaned every other day during our stay, but not once did they showed up to the room.

This hotel is nothing fancy, but it served its purpose. TV in the living area was an old box TV, but the bedroom had a newer flat screen. Fridge was a little rusty on the outside form the humidity, but the inside was clean. It was better than expected though and the location was super convenient. However- we were there for 3 nights and our room did not get cleaned and garbage did not get emptied.

very nice place. It exceeded my expectations of an extended stay hotel, even though it was only one night.

This place could be great if they would stop micro-managing the place. First they charge the security deposit and refund after you have left. They did not put hold they took. They make you sign out towels for pool area write yoyr name down and scratch off. The towel are not worth stealing. Hot tub and pool closes at dark not a normal 10pm. Staff i spoke with have heard complaints about this many times before. Now stay was pleasent room just fine except fridge kinda locked in on temp that wont cool beer or milk for that matter. I hope owners read and listen could be awesome place.

Great stay for my purpose. It is a suite and more of an extended stay environment. There is a nice lobby but no breakfast. Pool and hot tub outside. Fitness room that is dated. However, I was not in need of that. Just a place to stay for a few nights. It is very well located in town. The staff are super friendly. The clientele is quiet, which was the best part!

This is an older, 3 star hotel, but the price, kitchen, and extreme cleanliness makes it a 4 star. The only things I would suggest: using a cleaner without quite so strong of a scent; put a half dozen coffee filters in the room so people don't use paper towels; and add either a tiny bottle of dish soap or a couple of dishwasher pods so we can do our own dishes.

This is a run down Hotel. The lady at the front desk explained that anyone staying need to have driver license on file. I understood. My husband and I were staying and my daughter and family were only there will their flight at 11:30pm. She tracked us down at the pool with my grand daughter and asked if she was mine and stayiing ? I said for a while. Later when we retruned from the beach - she called out room and stated that the couple with us - my kids - need to come and put DL on file. I explained they were not staying over night...but my son in law went down to the front desk with 2 DL's. She attempted to "Keep" the licenses until they left?? He refused and demanded them back?? What kind of policy requires DL to be held? I felt like we were in a prison . Plan to travel monthly to Ft Myers area - and will not stay in this hotel again

The building was completely out dated. The ceiling had splatters of something all over it and the refrigerator had rust or something all over the front of it. The bed was like sleeping on a brick and the ceiling corners had webs and chipped paint. Also, I’ve never heard of a down payment when checking in and then getting reimbursed after everything was inspected. Maybe the room should be inspected before the guests arrive because it wasn’t appealing at all. It smelled old and musty too.

Old and dated. Basic services. Needs to be totally redone. But for the condition it's in the price was a good.

2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Two tvs with cable. Mini kitchen with coffee pot. But mattresses were terrible.

There was a water damage to our walls in a few places. They had a dehumidifier running. Fridge outside door was cover in rust spots we hope. Couch and chairs had holes, stains and looked dirty. We had asked for extra sheets to sit on them.

Hotel was in a super convenient part of town. Everything around - easy to maneuver and get to places. Not far from anything really. Our room was gigantic. It was a suite with 3 beds. Each room had it's own bathroom - It wasn't fancy by any stretch and it is a bit dated- but it was clean and a great value for what we were there for. I would totally stay there again

I liked the quietness. And it was clean enough and we felt safe. I do wish pool hours were extended past dusk, as it was dark by the time we had "time" to use the facilities. We were only able to use them one time in our 6 night stay. The parking lot and/or enterance could use more lighting as it was very dark! The room had some damage that could stand to be repaired as i was not able to use both of the stove burners, and the refrigerator handle missing was a little frustrating and the master bath sink didnt drain very well but it wasnt a deal breaker as it was affordable enough for us to take care of some matters in the area for my ailing mother. I was a little frustrated that we were consistantly left one towel short for the 5 of us, but thankfully we brought our own beach towels so we were able to compensate without running to the desk every other day and bugging them. T.v.s were outdated and very fuzzy but again, we werent there for t.v. watching. We chose not to use the air unit in the living room area as it had a considerable amount of mold and was aggrivating our allergies so we are thankful the weather was cool enough to not be terribly uncomfortable. But there were no signs of bugs and that was a HUGE relief. I would probably stay again but i would highly recommend a better through cleaning of the air units. The beds were not very comfortable, but we made do.

I rented the 2 bedroom suite and it also had 2 bathrooms as well. Very helpful. Internet wifi was quite slow but when I reported this to the front desk, they helped me with a router to plug in at the room, and it went from 4 mb/s to about 50 mb/s. Basically if you need a temporary apartment half the cost of a residence inn (mine was about $100 per night), but don't mind so much if the hotel needed updating 15 years ago, this is a good bargain. I would return if need be.

This property is not as described or pictured. Property is very dated and in need of repairs due to hurricane damage. Pool is reported to be heated, but it is not. The sun does not hit the pool at any point during the day. This property is a 4 out of 10 at best. Roach was crawling on the wall near headboard of bed. Left after one night and requested refund for remaining days booked.
