The room was amazing clean and stocked and the front desk was very friendly

Everything was great

The room qas clean but the qater had a heavy salt taste. Maybe a problem with the water conditioning system. The next day the water was ok.

Very limited food for a weekend. Food court or high-end steakhouse only for dinner. Food court only for lunch. Breakfast buffet only, buffet was limited, use paper and plastic cups. Of great concern was staying on the sixth floor and noticed every extinguisher was outdated. I contacted the resort via email with my concerns and have not heard a response. I normally do not post bad reviews. I contact the facility directly. But since they did not respond, I am now posting this review. I have stayed here before feel the resort has gone downhill and that they have given up.

Rooms were clean and had enough space for four people. Close to Valley Forge National Park and King of Prussia mall. Lots of dining options available in the area.

Room was nice,clean,large.Hotel staff was great,and very helpful with my wife who was in a wheelchair.Overall a nice stay.Food is a little overpriced in all areas,but it is a casino.Will stay again.

Room was very nice. We ate at the steakhouse on site and it was delicious. Great rate. Will definitely return.

We didn’t come for the casino but to visit family for the holidays. The room smelled like urine but otherwise very quiet and clean. Saturday night we tried to contact the desk for several hours with no answer. The next door guests were very loud talking and slamming doors. This went on from 12:30-4:00 when we went down to security to get help. I would be helpful to not place gambling guests next to guests not drinking/gambling.

The bartenders were great except there was too few of them. It took forever at times to get service because they seemed to be understaffed on New Year’s Eve. They didn’t have miller lite at the bar which is a very popular drink. The beds weren’t very comfortable. Overall I was happy with everything, but maybe next New Year’s Eve they’ll have an additional bar set up and possibly more bar tenders.

We have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, this time, check in was a nightmare because we had to go to the casino as the check in desk at Star Dust was closed and also the nice Tavern was also closed. We had to unload and reload and unload our luggage twice. Nothing was in our confirmation about this big change.

Could not use the shower the water didn't get hot and also didn't drain out the tub. The heat wasnt hot

The hotel room was huge! It did seem a bit dated and we could hear the people above us walking around. Overall, it was a good experience but could benefit from a makeover. Loved having dunkin and the other restaurants available in the morning!

The pictures online show only a view going up from the ground and not the grounds. The grounds are dirty with chewing gum all over the place. The carpets are dirty. The walls are scratched. My shower head leaked. And one day they called me at 12 noon while i was sleeping (I am a night shift nurse) which woke me up. I ignored the call. They called again. And then again. At that point i was furious and awake. I answered the phone. The front desk clerk informed me that she was going to have to move me to another room. I told her that was unacceptable as i work nights and she already woke me up and pissed me off. She remained adamant that I was going to move. She told me shee neede to move me so that they could clean the carpets. I told her that the carpets could be cleaned another day. I demanded to speak to the manage at which point she told me the phones were down in his office. I told her to call hos cell phone if necessary. I waited on hold and the manager picked up. I was not half way through my story when he interrupted me to apologize. He said that they could easily clean the carpets another day. Too late, I was already awake. How do they hire incompetant people in a customer service industry that has no concept of what customer service is. Definitely not resort level stay. More like a poorly run old Holiday Inn with slot machines.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Simple process and got me my room immediately. Always loved Boyd properties in Las Vegas. Didn’t realize Valley Forge Reaort was part of the Boyd properties. Happy I booked here.

Easy check in, convenient access to facilities within the hotel and casino.

Great place

Very nice and easy check in just wish the rooms were more noise proof - drunk people coming through a hallway after 11pm can be very noisy and unaware of how rude they are being - wish hotels would take that into consideration but all in all it was one of the nicest rooms ive stayed in
